Story Brief:
Dorothy (Dot) invents and sells sex toys. While driving one night in California a storm tosses her car into something which transports her to the planet Khan-Gor. Men with tails capture her. She thinks they plan to eat her like sushi. Vaidd is a gargoyle-human shifter who senses Dot’s presence from miles away. He knows that she is his one true bloodmate. He flies to get to her.
Reviewer’s Opinion:
This is wild, creative, different, and unexpected. I'm amazed that I'm laughing so frequently within an erotic sex story. Dot’s assumptions, thoughts, and comments are hilarious. I love her attitude. The gargoyle creatures speak in a campy older style which just sounds funny. For example: “Do something to distract thyself. Verily, you are driving the pack daft with the pacing.” After reading this story, I thought the following. I feel like I have a rational, disciplined, boring mind, but when I read Jaid Black, she causes these fanciful, explosions of craziness in my head!

Another good side book
Another trip away from Tryston with a tie to a queen in Tryston and I hope they get reacquainted especially as her grandson is a friend's of Dot's husband Viadd. It was a crazy/sweetish short story. Those yenni are everywhere lol!!! While I haven't read naughty Nancy yet, this is another trip to Khon-gor and another of the tribes. I can only assume it will tie into Tryston soon!

The story of Vaidd and Dot. This is a very short tale about a different race: the Khan-gor. I liked it. They were a bit like vampires. It was a bit short though and the cover feels like it belongs to a totally separate book.

This is a quick short story by Jaid Black in her sci-fi series. It's a fast read but quite satisfying tale.

Dot a sex toy maker is on her way to Nowhere, California when her car gets hit by lighting. Dot her car and some of glorious sex toys find themselves on the Ice Planet of Khan-Gor.
There she is greeted by a pack of male yenni. Yenni live off the sexual orgasmic release. And what better way to find out you are in a completly different world than to be stripped by five naked men with tails who lick and suck you to multiple realeases.
Vaidd is a gargoyle who has just awoken from his death sleep to hear the cries of what he scents as his bloodmate. Now things get intresting and yes some exteamly funny parts.
Voyeuristic and exibitionistic first mating to look forward to.
Nancy from 4.5 Naughty Nancy is mentioned as only other primitive bloodmate. So I did like that extra tid bit.
Oh and love the fact she is still making sex toys...

Another Khan-Gor novella from the Trek Mi Q'an series. This is about Dot (which is mentioned at Seized) travels to deliver sex toys to Nowhere, California. Then after a crash, she'd been transported to Khan-Gor, where Vaidd finds her getting eaten by male yennis.
I'm not really into gargoyle-like creatures of Khan-Gor, I prefer the Trek males, so I just tried to finish this, which I did. I'm wondering how the humans are transported from Earth to another planet without any explanation from the author. Is it magical or technological?
The ending is quite short, that the author assumed that they lived happily ever after. Anyway, it is still entertaining to read.

I like Dot so very much! She is sassy, brave, and also funny; while the hero is just a regular alpha male hero. This book have similar storyline with Naughty Nancy, in the same legendary planet hidden in the galaxy, with the same human-beast race. As this is clearly a novella, like usual, the author didn't give enough flesh to the story. It revolved only to the meeting between the hero and heroine, the sex or claiming things, and then suddenly they fall in love and the end. Not much conflict, only a lot of hot scenes. But as I said before, the heroine makes it worth it.

Overall: Dot is definitely a naughty girl in need of some lovings. I did feel bad for her character at first because she was just thrust into this world and the craziness that comes with it. I think this book was the funniest by far, with the best one liners. Again i wish we had more conversations between are hero and heroine.

Dot is on her way to a Bachelorette party to sell sex toys that she designs when she hits a storm (a wormhole?) that has her end up on another planet, Khan-Gor. The first things she meets are a pack of Yenni who feed off "female juices" once she gets away from their relentless tongues she is found by Vaidd who claims her as his mate. This is a quick, funny, sexy read that I enjoyed as I work my way through the Trek Mi Q'an series.

Dot, the heroine, is an amazing character. I laughed a lot with her tirades even though the situation would not warrant one. Vaidd is an interesting character but Dot... Oh, my God! I wish I were half as witty as Jaid Black is. How can an author be so funny? Fantastic! And this is a short erotic novella.

This book was ok. An enjoyable short story which I finished in a couple of sittings. It did make me smile and they're were some funny moments. Dot's inventions are comical...aswell as used in amusing ways!
The story takes place in the Trek mi Q'an universe, giving a little more insight into Khan-Gor. Worth reading for fan's of the series like me.

I had this shelved as 'read maybe' and the author as 'maybe more' but because it was part of Manaconda (Three shorts, one each by Sherri L. King, Lora Leigh, Jaid Black) I decided to read. I have found a number of enjoyable stories from Ellora's Cave Publishing, in which Ms. Black is the founder and owner, but I have been mostly disappointed in her creations.

Entertaining quick read about Dot and her arrival on Khan-Gor. Loved the humour as Dot deals with the creatures who "welcome" her to the planet and later those who make her feel like the "entree". Nice addition to the Trek Mi Q'an series.

A quick little read that was one of the better ones from the series. It actually was pretty funny, and Dot was a hoot. Still had the requisite large nipples and monster cocks and orgasm counts in the double digits.

A totally new story with gargoyles and a modern funny woman as well. This story was very well written. I was pleasantly surprised. I would recumbent this story if you want to laugh and have a good time.
