“Sure, he’ll say it,” Mason said. “He damned well has to say it. Otherwise he’d be out on the pan for giving a patient a prescription for such a large amount of powerful hypnotics. You can point out to him that his reputation is going to be put on the line and that before the press smears him, you think that it would be a good idea for the press to learn the true facts.”
“And then tell him what the true facts are?” Crowder asked.
