i believe everything happens for a reason..
so last week, i pulled out my oracle cards to do a morning focus reading.. i drew a card from my chosen deck and i couldn't read it. so i shuffled and tried again, and again, i couldn't read the card.. i figured this deck has stopped speaking to me..
so i decided i needed/wanted a new deck.. when i'm looking for something new, i go on instinct.. and when i came across the Oracle Cards - Native Spirit by Denise Linn.. these cards called to me.. i know, this isn't a review on Oracle Cards.. but upon getting the cards.. they are incredible and i could read them easily. i felt connected to them.. and from there, i discovered her books.. this Dream book again, called out to me..
as i opened it up, within the first bit, she mentions my tribe and even my little Reserve in Canada.. i took this as a sign..
the review is on THIS book.. i loved it.. i've always been interested in my dreams and visions and what our subconscious tells us as we sleep..
to some this may sound hokey, but if you are reading this review, i assume YOU too are moved by the wonders of dreaming..
i highly recommend this book.. it's not just a book of interpretations, but it's a teaching guide to learn to read your own dreams, your own symbols and your own connections..

I like that different traditions are brought into this. I also like that she says no one but the dreamer can know what the dream means. I do not like that she includes a dream dictionary in this book, because, although she means it as a starting point, many people will use it as an absolute.

A lot of great Information…

I really enjoyed this book. There is a lot of valuable information on Dreams. It was even more then I hoped for in the various aspects of dreaming. I purchased the Kindle addition and began reading then I purchased the paperback as a hard copy for reference. There is a Dream Dictionary in the back portion of the book.

I took the online course. I loved every minute of it and the incredible group of people I was able to meet through it. This was my 'textbook'. Once again I have to share that you just have to be amazed and admire the depth and breadth of Denise's knowledge and wisdom, as well as what a wonderful woman and teacher she is.
