Nothing I have read on the internet or in print has improved my lucid dreaming more than this book (if you follow his advice and try the supplements). Yuschak writes without a lot of flair, but that's just fine because his writing is very clear and easy to understand, though the mechanical editing is spotty. If you want to take your lucid dreaming to the next level, buy this book - you won't regret it.

Great book for perspective on Lucid dreaming. None of the Stephen Leberge books touch on the continuum of thought before bed. Instead of translating thoughts into words, you are supposed to think in feelings, images and sensations. I had 1 lucid dream shortly after reading this book. The supplements part is kind of sketchy and I achieved high level LD without them.

Excellent beginner guide to lucid dreaming with supplemental aide. Goes over basic neurochemistry involved in dreaming, how certain amounts of neurotransmitters can effect the type of dreams we have and helps the reader better understand transitions between waking and dreaming worlds. With practice and patience, this book can give anyone confidence that they are capable of inducing lucid dreams.

I want to be able to know everything and anything about this. I want to be a "pro". I'm interested in this very much because I want to find answers that only I myself can answer. I want to learn excessively about this awesome thing. I want to do it every night. I want to explore different dimensions!

I've heard there are some errors in the book and it's just a small list of possible supplements you can use for lucid dreaming while actually there are much more but nonetheless a very good book for anyone who's new to using supplements for LD'ing.

Works, but takes discipline and a desire to reach further.

I recently had the pleasure of reading this amazing book. As an amateur dreamer, I was pleasantly surprised by the author's extensive knowledge and personal experience with dreaming. The book not only provided valuable insights but also opened my mind to new perspectives.

Although the author recommended some supplements to enhance the dreaming experience, I won't be able to try them due to my lack of knowledge in the field of medicine. However, the other knowledge presented in the book is incredibly valuable to me and has broadened my understanding.

I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in exploring the fascinating world of dreams.

I tried some of supplements and techniques but it didn't work for me at all. The book itself is clear and easy to follow.

Anyone interested in the topic of Lucid Dreaming must read this book. Back when Thomas Yuschak wrote this book there was little to no research about supplemental aid for lucid dreaming. Now in 2021 there has been some more research, including Galantamine, which is mentioned in this book as well. I haven't tried any of the supplements and am not planning to, but hearing from others it does seem to work. This book gives a lot of insight, and even if you're new to lucid dreaming and don't know much about it, this book is beginner friendly.
