This book has no capital letters.
As an English teacher, the constant nagging feeling that I should get out my marking pen made it a stressful read.

This was so much fun to read. There was beautiful typography, funny anecdotes, and some genuinely helpful advice. About 90% of the information inside will be irrelevant for my life, since I have an inner heart that is much fancier than my actual personality will allow me to be, but I had such a good time reading it. The book itself is beautiful and it's easy to pick up and read just a page or two - the perfect Coffee Table tome. I would have totally put it on my own coffee table if my son hadn't barfed on it (just kidding, I dropped chocolate on it - told you I wasn't fancy enough for this!).

This book is a lot of fun! The chapter on manners is succinct, charming and answers a lot of good questions.
The illustrations are insouciant. I'm looking forward to reading the books recommendations included. It feels like eating a candy apple. The red crackling laquer and the apple bursting out, sweet and zingy.

This book is exactly what you expect it to be: a sparkling guide to decor, etiquette, and style.

For a 24-year-old who's living in a tiny NYC apartment and not doing a lot of hosting (or any at all), the first two sections called "Entertaining" and "Wining and Dining" were not as useful to me, but were a pleasure to read - imagining myself in that glossy role for the fun and glamour of it. The next two sections, however, which are called "Manners" and "Style," are filled with timeless pieces of advice that are useful at this and any age.

The design of the book is beautiful from page to page. It's filled with quotes and tips from role models like female CEOs to favorites like Audrey Hepburn and Maya Angelou.

A quick read and certainly one to refer back to, this book would make for a great coffee table tome!

This was a *bookstagram made me buy it* book purchase. When will I learn? I don’t entertain. I have no need for books like this. Nothing in here pertained to me. At all. So maybe it’s not fair to rate it? I don’t know.

I did love the “72 words that make everything sound marvelous“ page! That helped make the book charming and dreamy and fanciful and fetching and magical and polished and regal and sumptuous. There. I used 8 of them in one sentence. I got my money’s worth!

All in Good Taste was a really fantastic book. I loved the photos and the quotes that pop at you. The ideas for the parties (and kid's parties as well) were also very fun to read. I'm a twenty-something year old girl and I couldn't help but love everything they covered in this book. I imagined the parties I would throw in my amazing apartment one day, having many friends over and throwing the parties that are in the book, along with actually making some of the recipes in the book. Even though you can't call this a cookbook, it does give you some great ideas on what to serve at your next party and they ever sprinkled a little bit of cocktail recipes in the book as well.

A cute book on entertaining. Not a coffee table book like the previous Kate Spade books though and this one has random blank pages for menu ideas and playlists, etc. Not what I expected but fun overall and the pretty and girly layout and aesthetic that you expect from KS.

Half coffee table book, half magazine, with some sparkling ideas that would be practical to emulate. I sat down and read the whole thing cover to cover. Cute!

Delightful and fluffy as Kate Spade tends to be. Love the illustrations- only wish there were more of them!

I bought this book as writing research, because anyone that knows me knows I'm the epitome of grace, charm, and elegance. I discovered hidden with the wedding section of B&N the etiquette section, and a bright Kate Spade book was enough to catch my attention.

The book is part useful, part coffee table flashy. The recipes and cooking advice are great. The party throwing advice a mix of "hey, I could totally do that!" and "how much money do you think I make?" The manners and etiquette are a good blend of old and modern.

It's a fun book that meets the needs I bought it for. I only wish the table of contents was a little better navigable for returning to pages later.

This book will definitely be a go-to for all my entertaining needs. There is even a section on planning kids' parties. A few recipes sprinkled in but not enough to be called a cookbook. Tips on everything from planning the menu to curating the guest list and personalizing your space to reflect who you are. Very quick read too. I finished it in a few hours. Pretty to look at, extremely chic, and the perfect gift for fellow hostesses. Love, love, love!

I loved this; it's the perfect coffee table book. It offers ideas for entertaining, party planning, etiquette, interior design, and even some style tips. Big and bold but yet still classy is Kate Spade's aesthetic. While a few of the ideas were a bit outlandish for me, I really enjoyed most of them and will try to employ many of them in my future party endeavors!

Short but sweet. This is a guide on how to be a good hostess on any kind of event you may have, as well as how to optimize your space and do creative things in your house. it was fun, but too short. Unless you're a party girl or like to have lots of people at your place, this book is nothing but a vademecum for the instants you have no idea of what you're doing.

I love everything about this book. There are entertainment tips including decor, invitations, party games, recipes, playlists and even how to be a good guest at someone else's dinner party. Even the layout of the book is perfect. I found many unique tips for throwing a successful dinner party. Plus, it makes a pretty coffee table book as well. You wont find these ideas on Pinterest!

Charming, but very basic and exceedingly aspirational. Probably better as a cute hostess gift than a useful tome.

A beautiful book and more substantial content than other Kate Spade I've read but made me waffle throughout about being inspired or intimidated to entertain more.

Really disappointing. The book reads like a first draft of a magazine article. There's not much of substance in the text or graphics.
