Human no more!

Ruby only had two major regrets in her sixteen year old life the first she could do nothing about, she was born human not werewolf like her brothers. The second was having a drunken druggie mother who's boyfriends thought she was fair game when Mommy wasn't up to it. That she could change, and she did. She basically packed everything that meant anything that she could carry and fled to her brother Theo's, where she could count on being safe with his pack.
Who could have guessed her alpha pack leader brother would have his pregnant ex-wife and his soon-to-be bride living under the same roof? Or that werewolf and Vampire had an unease truce till they could find the rouge vampire who was killing off human women and leaving them as presents at the Vampire wing's doorstep? Then after over a year of all this, her mom shows up claiming to have cleaned up her act. Does hoping her brother will let her date fellow pack members really seem that big a huddle?
Breaking up with someone is hard enough when you both know it's the right thing to do. Finding out that same night someone else you liked also l I knew you, makes it easier. But to end up dead before he can admit it, to himself, or to you, is another thing entirely! And now what happens? She was once family and pack, but now they are mortal enemies? Just how much is a young girl suppose to take?
- Coming of age with twists on twists. Loved learning more about the three siblings! -

My review for the series is 4 stars.

This is one of the favourite genre of mine Romance with the mix of Paranormal beings. Because it's always so much fun and interesting and on the same time its very thrilling to read. The characters are so strong. The story started with pain but then there is so much happening books by books. The old rivalry between the Werewolves and Vampires, but in a different way, I would say Aimie's way. Characters are written really strong and you know what the best thing I seen in the book series from Book #1 to Book #4 is that Author really improved in terms of writing by every book. That's the best aspect of any author -- improving in their writing.

I really had fun in this book series. Loved it!!!

It was such a long time between reading the first novel in this series and reading this one that I forgot how much I enjoyed this authors work, A paranormal shifter romance with intrigue, family dramas and murder at the centre of a gripping story. I laughed, cringed, yelled and at times cried and by the end of the story I was ready to dive right into the next book in this series. I Love it that much I have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody who like a paranormal romance that is guaranteed to deliver the whole range of emotions you expect from a really great read

The first thing that comes to mind when I think about this book is crying. My heart broke during one stage of this book, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
Ms. Jennison's writing is incredible and so captivating, I couldn't put this book down. The writing style is lively and emotional, so much that most of the time I felt as if I was literally standing in a room with the characters. I wanted to hold Ruby's hand most of the time, hug Theo a few times and DAMN, I wanted Jared. While I missed the characaters after book one ended, I know that I'll be even more impatient to see them after book two.

Ruby struggles with who she is, who her brother wishes her to be, what the pack expects her to be and even more with the guy she's in love with. She never gives up, and that's what I admire about her. Ruby is a heroine that Aimie Jennison created well. You can identify with her and throughout the whole book, you know you wish you could be her.

OMG, her brother came back. No, not Theo, the OTHER brother. The bad boy. The lost wolf. BOY, he's incredible and I so cannot wait to read more about him. Okay, I totally love him already.

And of course, I absolutely loved the glance we got into the vampires' lair. Let's face it, we all love the bad guy.

Thank you, Aimie Jennison, and now hurry the fuck up to write the next book!

I read the first book in the series and though that I didn’t go crazy about the story, I enjoyed it. Enjoyed enough, that I was looking forward to read FY&B.

The first pages in the story was a little slow for me. Okay, the prologue broke my heart. But then the story continued, where the Pride to Pack ended and I needed some time to get into it.

But then after some time, I didn't noticed when I was halfway through. I was so engrossed in the story.

I liked all characters. They complimented each others. And in some way each one told his/her own story.

I even liked the interaction between Paddy & Ruby & Ed. It was one of those triangles, that you just couldn’t made up your mind about with whom Ruby should end up. Some part of me wanted it was a menage book. Yes, I'm kinky. Lol.

But seriously, both wolf's cared about Ruby. Both would be a perfect mates. So, no wonder I wished that they made a triad. And no. I wouldn't reveal with whom she will end up at the end.

Like in Pride to Pack, here is some vilain rampaging in Mount Roxby. Dropping 'gifts' on vampire King doors. He needs to be stoped. But will he be stoped in time? Before he does a damage that can't be undone?

Though this journey made me smile, it also made me ugly cry. It was so emotional at some points. My heart was hurting. And then it shattered completely. In my mind I kept repeating 'It’s so unfair.'

And the ending... Don't worry. It has HEA. It just is a bittersweet one.

I want to be honest I was given an ARC for a honest review. If you are looking at this review then you already know what the book is about. I really do not like to read reviews that just says the same thing. Here is what I look for:
*Little to no errors in grammar and spelling
*Unpredictable story

Also there is a love triangle love it! I loved this book and I know you will also.

Loved it....

I loved the book. It was both funny and serious, as well as very emotional at certain parts in the book. Can't wait for the next installment as well I'm hoping Jared and Alyssa's story . I know it's going to be a great writing and I just want to say that Aimie Jennison is one of my most favorite authors and worth waiting for each new release.

It has been a while since I read the first book of this series, but it has come at a time where I needed something different to read to catch my love of reading again. I picked up this book last night, read until the words went blurry than I picked it back up at 5 am until I have to leave the house.

I had my interest from the very start gave me a little unexpected drama that I did not see coming but some I did but still enjoyed the journey to get there. It was great to be back with some of the characters I had already read about and was soon relieving the story from the first book.

In this book, we get to know Ruby Wilson the younger sister to Theo the Alpha male to the werewolf pack. Ruby just joined us at the end of "Pride to Pack" so we will get to read her story and learn more about the Wilson family as well. Ruby has arrived at her brother's place to get away from her mother and to spend more time with her brother Theo. She is the only one of the three siblings that never go the werewolf gene, she was a human in a pack of wolves.

She was protected just like a member of the pack as her brother was the leader, but it was a protection she earned with all the members. She has started to get one with her life and had many plans for her future until one night when that world changed forever. A world that may never be the same again.

The story is told by many POV's that bring a different view of what is going one in Ruby's world. The world of the paranormal with Villians, danger, heartache, death, marriage, babies, mates, hope, forgiveness but most of all drama. It will keep you totally entertained with every word by this great author to the very end. Than starting book three straight away to see where this full story is going and whom we will learn more about next.

Readers will want to read the first in this series to understand the characters and parameters of this supernatural world in this second installment in the series. Characters deal with difficult and real life situations just with a supernatural twist. Aussie lingo aside, there were still clear grammatical and punctuation errors that were distracting and occasionally made sentences difficult to read.

Great action but Characters needed more depth for declarations of love to be credible. Perhaps reading the books in order would solve that issue but I am not intrigued enough by the plot to go back and read book 1.

Great suspenseful shifter book

Love this story has a great amount of suspense the push-and-pull of the connection between Eddie and Ruby is very heartwarming he doesn't think he's good enough for so he lets Ruby and paddy have a chance Ruby hates to be human and wants more and it's hard for her when she kind of gets what she wants just in a different way very good continuous to this series you still get to hear about Theo and Bel and all the characters from The Pack I highly recommend this suspenseful shifter book and author

First time reading from this author and happy to say since this was a page turning with new and exciting things on each page to keep my attention, I’ll happy to read more from this author. Never a dull moment. POV’s from Ruby, Eddie, Paddy and Vampire King Dominic. The start was a bit rough as in her mom is drunk from drugs and alcohol and her strange men will go to her 19 year old daughter Ruby if her mother knocks out, so the start is Ruby waking up with a guy’s hands feeling her up Waking her up and then momma does something to push her daughter away for good.....

Forever Young and Beautiful

This is the second book in this series. Here is the human sister of a wolf shifter alpha. Here there are two different wolves trying not to hurt her but want her. It seems that she might have two mates. But something happens that sets the stage for more drama. Can she have her own happy ending?

In a way, Ruby got her wish in this book. She no longer has to worry about growing old and not living as long as the rest of her werewolf family.

Obviously, her turning into a vampire causes a few rifts with the werewolf pack as well as with herself. Unknowing if the pack will still accept her or if she will have to accept the vampires as her new family would be difficult on anyone.

The fact that she gets a mate that keeps her tethered to the pack is the perfect way to bring the two species together.

I do think that there needed to be more action when it came to solving who is doing all of the killings.. it was over too quickly and just wasn't satisfying enough.
