Surrender to Temptation is a mild BDSM read with a hint of dominance, steam and sexy billionaire Hero.
Devon walked in on her boyfriend cheating. She is devastated and decides to quit her job and move away. She ends up in a little town and as she eats dinner she sees a handsome stranger who can’t keep his eyes off of her. Zach is handsome, rich and is very dominate. He offers Devon a job at his company and Devon happily accepts.
Surrender to Temptation has everything a mild BDSM read needs.

Devon and Zach at first are attracted to each other and to my surprise it wasn’t insta-lust. There was nice tension and chasing on Zach’s part. Zach is very Dominate. He knows what he wants and what he wants is sex with Devon, but sex his way. He doesn’t do “vanilla” sex. Devon is jilted by her ex and she isn’t model thin so she doubts herself. When sexy Zach shows her interests, it’s hard for Devon not to follow his lead, even though she’s a bit scared.
Surrender to Temptation was an easy short read. I really did enjoy it and the steamy factor was nice. The tension between Devon and Zach is up and down. Zach is very hot and cold. Many times Zach pushes Devon away and I got a bit frustrated at the end. I wanted to tell Zach, “Okay enough!” I was happy that Devon wasn’t too much like a puppy and pushed Zach back a bit.
I’ve read a lot of BDSM reads, so I tend to go towards the darker, harsher reads, but every once in a while, it’s nice to read a short sweet one.

part two of the Billionaire Zach story starts here. He's enticing, confusing, thrilling and the emotions bubbling under the surface are as destructive as magma.
At least they feel like that when you're in the middle of the moment with Devon.
Devon has moments of devilment in the middle of her insecurities that draws Zach. She's not a simple submissive, she's not afraid of him like most women are. Not in the dangerous fear aspect, but more because he's a powerful man that is used to people following his orders. On top of the dominant flavor of his sexual proclivities he's a force to be reckoned with.
Devon shatters him and it pisses him off as much as it compels him to want more from her.
Devon's confusion and near obsession with pushing Zach and herself for more is the driving force of this piece of the series.
And the sex scenes are breath taking.
I'm not really into the D/s stories. But there are some cases that take me out of my comfort zone and make me want to walk through the door into that world and experience it through the characters. Devon is at a crossroads. She's tired of treading water in her life and wants more, but doesn't quite know how to get what she wants.
Zach and his demons are just as dark and compelling as you could ever want, but it doesn't feel like he's as broken as other characters out there. And that's a good thing. I feel like Zach can have a happily ever after not just because of the love of a good woman, but because he's on the cusp of something more with Devon.
I hope to hell the rest of the series lives up to the emotions this bad boy is pulling from me.

Tempted to Rebel continues with Zack and Devon taking the next step in their relationship. Although Zach tries to warn Devon about his darker tendencies when it comes to sex and that vanilla sex doesn’t satisfy his need to control it doesn’t scare her off and only peaks her interest. Very smexy times ahead.
Zach totally has Devon under his sexual spell and what a naughty boss making Devon “suffer” and leaving her on edge all day at work with his little surprise he forced on her in the previous instalment.
“Delayed gratification can bring you to heights of pleasure that you never dared imagine Miss Reid.” Mmmmm is that a promise or a threat? Either way Zach delivered in spades.
And right at the end we see a tiny, tiny glimpse that Zach has some even darker demons driving him.

Part two moves is forward into what Zach wants/needs from Devon. The end of this one left me thinking here we are again, another tortured billionaire with a naive young woman. I'm not saying that's bad it just seems like I've read this story a few times already.
