Interview with Author – Paul Easton

Author Bio:

Paul Easton has been involved in Online Marketing and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for over 10 years.


He has worked on all size projects including niche specific retail websites, agency work working with multiple clients and large E-commerce stores with over 10,000 products and a million dollar marketing budgets.


He is passionate about using online business to reach more people and make a difference.


What inspires you to write?

Provide the real value of a book, which means the information that you need to know -A filter if you like- with the internet there is so much available you need to be able to work out what is really required.


Tell us about your writing process.

I have have a temp[late of each chapter and a tilte of each chapter. and I use the very first part of every day to plw through a chapter as fast as possible- sometimes at the end it does make a lot of sense, but I hold of edited till after I get it back my editor. I also use #123 in the book to use as a book make to get back to exactly where I finished writing- so I can carry on.


What advice would you give other writers?

Get it moving – sometimes we are so protective of outside comments- rating ourselves based on what others think – you will never win. Some people will love it, others won’t – build a thick skin…..


How did you decide how to publish your books?

When I see a subject that has a lot of opinion on it, and its also something I have learn over the years- I am planning something on time management, getting things done for Authors and also anybody using a Computer- i have used some tools, every day which help me more productive- I aim to share what works for me.


What do you think about the future of book publishing?

It’s huge- with kindle we can do things that normal publishers, with a outdated mindset cant. – and its all about more value – we can provide links to video versions and other content that makes the book better than just the written version. This way we can build a following with email, facebook etc to find out what directly what they enjoy
