How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
The writing for children’s books for me was the easy part. Take a routine or educational point and make a rhyming story. The hardest part and diffrence from other genres is that the illustrations are the primary part of the book.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
If you have an idea, run with it!
Author Bio:
I am an active duty Soldier in the United States Army. I wrote a short children’s book for my 1 year old daughter Autumn and decided to self publish it for others to enjoy. I plan on turning this into a children’s ebook series featuring the same characters.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
My daughter Autumn who just turned 1 was my inspiration. She loves books, especially those that rhyme. It features our dog Terra and our cat Artemis that she is familiar with.
