Interview with Author – M. K. Clinton

M. K. Clinton lives in northwest Louisiana. She and her husband have been blissfully married for over thirty years. The parents of two grown children, they are now enjoying the freedom of not punching a clock every day. After working at a local high school as an office clerk, library clerk, and cheerleader coach for many years, M. K. decided to stay home and concentrate on writing. It is a much quieter existence, unless it is college football or baseball season. During those times, the household can get extremely loud.
The couple shares their home with Tucker, a happy, fun-loving Golden Retriever, and Bentley, a lovable Basset Hound. She found the inspiration for her first book, The Returns, on Bentley's coat. He was born with a perfect number seven on his hip. Ironically, he is also the seventh dog that the family has owned!
