Interview with Author – Nikki Noffsinger

Since I was a little kid I have had a great love for books and creating stories. I spent the better part of my early childhood as an only child even though I had three other siblings of whom did not live with me. I was raised by my grandparents and books and a great imagination were my companions. I wrote stories for myself and every now and then for people I trusted and cared about. Then when I turned 35 I took a chance and wrote my first novel and submitted it. I would love to tell you that I was in the top five on the New York Times Best Seller's list and went on a faboo book tour but like so many I fell into a vanity press trap. That was a low point for me but it was also a high point as well because I met a wonderfully talented author by the name of Denyse Bridger who turned me on to XOXO Publishing a legit publishing company in Canada. I have been featured in a collection with four other authors and my own book, Cursed Awakening all through XOXO Publishing. I'm still chasing the dream and I love writing and creating stories. Still want to know about me? Well I live in the United States in the great Hoosier State of Indiana in small town of Marion. I married my high school sweetheart and had two children who are 17 and 8. Every day is a new adventure and every day there's some new voice in my head saying, "Helloooo I'm here, now get to writing all about ME!" Hey I never said the voices in my head were meek little creatures.
