He was Editor in Chief of the C++ Report from 1996 to 1999. He is a featured speaker at international conferences and trade shows.
This book contains a few gems (Null Object and The Selfish Class), a couple of mildly curious articles (most notably A Pattern Language for Pattern Writing), but apart from that, it's very dated.
