Ira Gershwin's lyric is a perfect title for an autobiography. This one contains some good stories, but there's too much name dropping and paying respects to celebrity and royalty. And Larry Adler's ego is too large to be contained between book covers.
Very entertaining autobiography by one of the greatest harmonica players of all time, who seems to have known and worked with everyone in show business from the 1940s through the 1970s.
