The document is very pro-introvert, which is a welcome change to our culture's bias towards introversion. I found it very supportive and uplifting. However, I was sad to discover that this was a collection of articles, instead of a cohesive book on the subject. I recommend this to fellow introverts and extroverts/ambiverts who want to understand this personality trait better.
