The recipes in this book look like I would really enjoy them. I haven’t tried any yet. If they taste as good as they sound I may bump this to 5 stars. I am gradually making my way to a plant based lifestyle and these may be the recipes I need to get me the rest of the way there!

The information in the beginning was great, although nothing too new for me anymore. The recipes weren’t super appetizing though. Only two recipes looked good out of the whole thing for me.
