Useful technical details. Most of it could be derived from online manuals and examples, of course, and the presentation is much more of a technical manual than a story.

It took some firsthand experience, for example, to absorb why some things are done as they are. And it wasn't terribly clear, best I recall, on how to deploy the rpm under a non-root service account.

But useful.
