An anthology of bite-sized LGBT romance reads from the authors of Torquere Press.

What happens when a bunch of authors at a convention see a sign on the pier in Savannah that reads, “Please Don’t Feed the Alligators?”
Well, we found out at Authors After Dark in 2013 that such a sign can evoke strong images for a lot of people. BA Tortuga, Kiernan Kelly and I wanted to do an anthology, but we just didn’t have the time to write long stories. So we asked the great authors at Torquere Press Inc. to write us some flash fiction so we could use the theme.
Everyone came up with something wonderful, and I personally want to thank all the amazing authors who donated their time to this free read!
We hope you love the stories, too, but be careful around that pier in Savannah.
Julia Talbot lives in the great Southwest, where there is hot and cold running rodeo, cowboys, and everything from meat and potatoes to the best Tex-Mex. A full time author, Julia is a hybrid author, and has been published by many presses as well as self publishing. She believes that everyone deserves a happy ending, so she writes about love without limits, where boys love boys, girls love girls, and boys and girls get together to get wild, especially when her crazy paranormal characters are involved. Julia also writes as Minerva Howe. Find Julia at @juliatalbot on Twitter, or at www.juliatalbot.com
A collection of 20 very short flash fics, and like all collections a mixed bag. Some great ones, giving a satisfying story in a few words. Some updates on a series but most are standalone. Some meet cutes, a number of shifters, a different take with alligator clamps, honeymooners, film industry, superheroes. Because of the short length most left me with a sense of wanting more background to fully understand what was happening. Averaged out at 2.6
This is a truly wonderful and very diverse collection of supershort stories, all linked to alligators in some way. From contemporary to paranormal, from humorous to slightly scary, to sometimes erotic, these bite-size bits are a great way to get to know the authors' writing.
If you're curious about what kind of tales these authors can come up with, and if you ant your senses pleasantly titillated, then you should give this free anthology a try.
