Rating: B+ ... Heat: Hot

Marcela ‘Cela’ Medina is a newly graduated veterinary doctor. For seven years, all she has focused on is her education. And all work and no play has made Cela a boring, boring girl. That and growing up in a strict household. Letting loose and having fun doesn’t come easy to her. Her one naughty vice? She listens to her two hot neighbors going at it—solo, with a random woman, or in a threesome.

One of her neighbors, Ian Foster, is always in suits and ties. He looks like all business—in and out of the bedroom. And, just like Cela has always had her eye (and ear) on Ian, he’s always had a thing for his innocent and vanilla neighbor. Though he knows his proclivities aren’t what the innocent graduate wants or needs (as he’s a member of the bdsm club, The Ranch, from Roni Loren’s Loving on the Edge series).

In Part One: Until You Dare, Cela decides that she wants to live it up before leaving the big city to return to her hometown. Where she’ll work at her family's vet practice, date the guy her parents want, and generally have the rest of her life planned out. To celebrate her graduation, Ian and his roommate, Pike (a sexy drummer!), take Cela out for a night of fun. The three get to know each other while dancing and playing Never Have I Ever. It’s a night full of teasing touches, hot kisses, and raging libidos. But only so much can take place in a club...

In Part Two: Until You Risk, things move from the dance floor to the bedroom. Wanting a night of checking off a ton of her Never Have I Ever's, Cela agrees to go to a hotel with Foster and Pike. What starts out as a mind-blowingly hot threesome quickly grows into so much more. Foster and Cela explore needs she never knew she had, and Foster never planned on showing.

Can I be honest? Me and serial romances have a love/hate relationship. They’re one long, drawn out tease! And nobody likes a tease, right? *wink* But, well, when the writing is fantastic and the characters are lovable and the romance is scorching… I’ll make an exception. Roni Loren’s Not Until You is worth the week long wait in between installments. Plus, who better to make a tease worth it in the end than an author who doubles as a Mistress with a pen? If anyone can make delayed satisfaction worth it, it’s Roni! Plus, there is my weakness for sexy, dominant older men… so, if that’s your thing too, you’ll love Foster!

Sizzling hot! A perfect read after a very stressful, frustrating, long, hard day.

I love Jace, have since the first book. But got damn I'm falling for Foster. His dominance makes him appealing and sexy as hell. I liked Pike in the first part, still do but Foster and his dominant but still very caring ways make him more appealing. Foster cares about Cela even if he's trying not to. He wants to give her pleasure and give her what she wants. The way she submits to him brings out his dominance and possessive side.

Pike is sweet and he's all for the threesome but that's all it is to Pike a threesome. Cela is so unsure of herself but Pike and Foster make her feel bold and she just wants to give them whatever they want to take from her. She also wants to learn to please them just as much as they're pleasing her.

Great part. Can't wait for the next part. Can't wait to see what will happen to the trio and if we get to see Foster's true dominant side. Highly recommend this series.

I'm loving the Not Until You story, but ARG the endings of each part are killers!!!! I hate having to wait a week for the next installment.

POTENTIAL SPOILER ALERT - THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE ENTIRE SERIES OF BOOKS IN THE 'NOT UNTIL YOU' SERIES OF STORIES.

Title: Not Until You
Author: Roni Loren
Publisher/Year: Penguin Group 6/13 - 8/13
Length: 60 pages(ish) each
Series: Loving on the Edge #3.51 - 3.58

Overview(s)

Not Until You Dare:

On the night of her graduation, innocent veterinary student Cela decides to play a game of Never Have I Ever with the two hot neighbors she’s been quietly crushing on for the last year. Always the prim and proper student, Cela thinks she’s earned a wild night before she has to move back home under the watchful gaze of her family. But what starts out as a simple game is about to take a very sensual turn...

Ian Foster is tired of playing games. With his membership to The Ranch, an exclusive BDSM resort, and a musician roommate named Pike who brings home groupies with a taste for ménage, Foster has a life most guys would kill for. But lately, his need for dominance is no longer satisfied via one-night stands. He craves the full surrender of one woman—a submissive of his own.

But when his quiet, sweet-as-sugar neighbor shows up at their door with a bottle of tequila and an invitation, Foster decides he and Pike may have time for one more fling…

Not Until You Risk

Cela’s sexy game of Never Have I Ever with her neighbors has turned into a night of Truth or Dare, with her revealing her deepest desires and letting go like she’s never done before. After some seductive dancing, the trio decides to move to a more private location: a swanky hotel where Foster is determined to explore Cela’s wildest fantasies.

As the heat between the three begins to sizzle, Cela finds herself drawn to Foster, whose dominance over her is almost too much to handle. But Cela’s got a secret she hasn’t yet shared, something that could bring their passionate encounter to a screeching halt…

Not Until You Crave

As the threesome returns home from their wild night, Foster is still reeling from the truth about Cela and angry at himself for feeling more than he should for a one night stand. So when he’s confronted by Cela’s angry and protective older brother, he agrees to stay away from his alluring neighbor. He knows he’s got no business messing with a vanilla girl—especially one who tests his self-control at every turn.

Cela’s still not ready to give up on Foster or the intense connection they shared. So when a harmless midnight texting session turns into an irresistible invitation, she can’t say no. But later when she runs into Foster dressed in leather pants and heading out for a late night at The Ranch, she begins to grasp that there’s a whole other side to him she never imagined—a darkness that both intrigues and terrifies her...

Not Until You Trust

Despite desperately wanting to satisfy her curiosity, Foster is not about to introduce Cela to his true dominant side. For one thing, she’s far too innocent to participate in that kind of lifestyle; for another, he doesn’t want to get attached when she’ll be leaving town so soon. But when he comes home after a frustrating day and finds Cela hanging out with Pike, all of Foster’s possessive urges rise to the surface.
Cela is left breathless and shaken after getting a glimpse of Foster’s dominance unleashed. Maybe he was right, and she isn’t ready for something so intense. But when she can’t get her mind off their nights together, she comes up with a daring plan to see just how much they’re both willing to risk…

Not Until You Beg

Foster has been pushed past the point of temptation. So even though he fears Cela’s interest in his world is a passing whim, he agrees to teach her the art of submission. But he’s not going to hold anything back—if she wants to see this side of him, he’s going to show her how deep his dominance runs.

Cela’s initial intrigue begins to give way to doubt as she struggles with the submissive role and the desires it stirs within her. Having spent her whole life being controlled by her domineering father, she’s unsure if she’s ready to put herself under the command of another man. But when she breaks Foster’s most important rule, she puts herself in a situation more intense than she bargained for…

Not Until You Surrender

Cela willingly accepts Foster’s difficult penalty for what she’s done and finds herself more vulnerable and more attracted to him than ever. Unfortunately, she’s also more confused. She’s drawn to Foster’s dark desires but scared by the intensity of her surrender and her growing need for him. So as outside pressures mount, how is she supposed to make the hardest decision of her life?

Foster is falling further and further for Cela, but right as he’s tempted to tell her how he feels, she approaches him with a heartbreaking proposition. There isn’t much Foster wouldn’t sacrifice for Cela’s happiness, but this time that may mean watching the girl he could truly love walk away..

Not Until You Believe

Having flirted with forbidden desires, Cela leaves Foster and returns home to her small Texas town to work in her father’s veterinary practice and embrace a “normal” life. Everything is exactly how she left it—everything except her. But Foster made his feelings clear about their relationship, and she’s determined to find a way forward without him...even if her heart refuses to let go.

Foster knows that he made a mistake in letting Cela go before he told her his true feelings. Intending to set things right, he goes to her hometown to lay himself bare. But when he gets there, he sees Cela in a compromising situation that makes him doubt that they had anything special at all...

Not Until You Love

When Cela walked into his life, scared, innocent, and seeking thrills beyond her wildest dreams, Foster never expected she could become the submissive he’s always desired. Cela has changed, has blossomed into something he can’t resist, and she’s ready and willing to surrender to Foster fully.

But when devastating news reminds Foster how tragically he failed to take care of someone he loved in the past, he wonders what right he has to be with a woman as beautiful and vibrant as Cela. She’ll leave eventually anyway—everyone always does.

But Cela isn’t about to let Foster chase her away. Can she convince this dominant playboy that her love for him is here to stay?

My Thoughts

I really enjoyed this story. i think that it was a reprieve from what i felt yesterday after reading Fall Into You. Anyhow, we are introduced right off the bat to Cela (Marcela) who just happens to be Andre's little sister. That's foreboding if I ever heard it myself. We meet her on the night of her graduation from Vet school when we see her coming home after the ceremony alone w/ a bottle of Tequila. She runs into her two sexy neighbors so you know where this has to go. Alcohol and sexy neighbor boys - and an innocent girl. Yup, my mind goes there.

What we get through this series of stories is what i thought was truly going to be another menage situation with interesting dynamic and power struggles across the board, but we don't get that at all. There are certainly power struggles between Cela and Foster, but Pike turns out to be an all around good guy that's really just a side character.

The nice thing about this installment of the bigger series is that we get the great D/s dynamic, but it's similar to what i got from Cerise Sinclair's Master of the Shadowlands series where the sub isn't really 100% decided that she wants to be part of the scene or even knows what she's getting into. Cela gives Foster a bit of a struggle at EVERY turn and that makes for some very steamy scenes when she does submit. We learn a lot about the level of Pain that Foster likes and how much Cela is willing to put out there without compromising her job, freedom, family and everything else.

What's really nice too is that we get to see Andre interspersed here as well - so you never know what's going to happen. We know that he's hiding his relationship situation from his sister and their family so that's something that I know i kept wondering if i'd see get played out here.

The other great thing about this series of chapters is that Foster has on the surface a charmed life, but it's not ever that easy - and that's kind of what makes him the way that he is - controlling, dominating and into pain. He has this haunted past that really makes us wish for the best outcome, but that would be too nice and tidy if that were the case.

In any event i feel much better about this whole 'Loving on the Edge' series now and thankfully Caught Up In You comes out very soon so we get the next installment even before i've had a chance to cool off from this one. Very steamy, very naughty, and very dynamic.

OMG Roni!!!!!! Hot Hot Hot! If only each part was a bit longer :( 20 Minutes of reading and I'm already wishing it was next Tuesday so I can find out what happens next! Loved it -the whole thing sizzled but once again she has been really mean and left it on a "tune in next week to find out what happens next" cliffhanger.

If you have patience (I don't) and you prefer a longer read I would seriously recommend waiting until all 8 parts of this series have been released and then find a cold bath to sit in whilst you read them. BUT if, like me, impatience is your middle name, then go get it right now (making sure you've already read part one).

I already loved Foster's character from Still Into You and can't wait to see if Andre and/or Jace make an appearance (I really wish I could have been the one they found!) but if you've never read any of Roni's other books you could probably read this series as a stand-alone!

But seriously if you've never read any of her other books then you really should ... as long as you like hot, kinky, sex (including m/m in one of the books); powerful alpha males; bdsm and in some of the books menage. If you don't like all/any of the above then you probably shouldn't read this series either.

Oh, holy hell, Roni, this waiting a week is killing me! The only balm to this is that Roni's super sexy series gives you 5 satisfying chapters (instead of that super annoying trend of just 3-4) that will have you wishing you could just keep reading every. damn. time.

I'm only getting the ARCs a day or two ahead of time so, believe it when I say it, I'm suffering waiting for more IAN FOSTER right along with everyone!

And to make up for it I've gone back and I'm starting at the beginning and finally finishing CRASH INTO YOU (book 1) that I started a few months ago and then put aside so I could read the series straight through this summer when book 4 comes out...f-that! I couldn't wait LOL.

Seriously, if you aren't reading Roni and you love BDSM erotic romance? You should be.

Keep 'em coming!

Ahhhh!!! The second installment of Roni Loren's NOT UNTIL YOU is just as sexy as the first! I have already fallen in love with Foster, and Pike is so damn adorable! I can't wait to see what happens next.

I have to hand it to Ms. Loren, her agent, and her publisher--this e-serial was a BRILLIANT plan on their part. Not only is it fun to read at the same time as everyone else, but Tuesday has now become my favourite day of the week! ;)

***SPOILER ALERT***

Cela's life has started to rapidly change, from being the shy goody-two shoes girl always obeying family rules, especially her fathers.

To going with the flow and grabbing life with both hands whilst holding on for the ride, literally. Last time we saw Cela in a night club with the ever so handsome Foster and Pike, her sexy next door neighbours. Living up the nightlife, letting her hair loose and her feelings lost in a world of lust and erotic moments.

But when things start to get a bit more heated and personal, can Cela still go along with it? With the three of them heading to the nearest but very posh hotel, Cela must decide whether she needs to tell the guys the truth, or to leave it as it is and get everything off of her list ticked.

Foster has always thought of Cela as an innocent vanilla, too innocent for his liking, but when he gets a glimpse of who she really is underneath the walls she's built around herself, he soon realises that she isn't as innocent and everyone things she is. He sees potential in her to do well, especially in the kinky department, but all that soon change when he learns a massive secret, that wasn't put onto her Never Have I Ever list, which could change things altogether.

Pike is on for the ride, the ride only. Nothing more or nothing less, but when he starts to see things kick off between Cela and his best friend, something isn't right and he's determined to find out what it is.

Has Cela already jeopardised something that has only just started?

Not Until You: Risk - Part Two by Roni Loren, is the second installment of the Not Until You book series, if you haven't read my review of Book One - Part One, then you may not know that the series is like a compilation of ebook shorts spanned out into eight books. Think so many chapters between a range of books and you're there.

In my last review (Which you can find here Not Until you: Dare ) I stated that I didn't know what to think of this series and that I would read the next installment and find out. To be honest, I'm still not really sure what to think of it, I don't want to be one of those people who has to read the whole series to have a final verdict on a book, as it would be a total waste of time and money in my opinion.

But whilst reading it there are some good aspects of the book and some bad ones too. Starting with the good ones would be, the story line is quite good. It's not too basic and not you're average CEO / Millionaire / Lonely woman in need of finding herself, type of erotica, which is good cause they get a bit boring after a while.

The books are hot, very hot and sexy. Too say that I still can't make up my mind, it's got to be one of the most erotic and sexy books I've read so far, for just in that department.

Now for the downside, the characters. Although in the first review for the first book I said that I liked them, it has changed slightly. In the second book you get to see more of each character, to which I kind of get the vibe from Foster that he can be a bit of an arrogant arse, which I suppose in someways that if you're reading a book that may involve BDSM then you're going to get that. But he's just a bit too much in some places, don't get me wrong, he's lovely in other places but the arrogance is starting to overwrite the nice part of him.

Pike on the other hand, I kind of like him. I don't know if that is because he's a drummer and I am haha or that he's a musician, either way I have started to like him more than Foster, though I think that is more because he doesn't seen so up his own arse and arrogant like Foster - for now. So I don't know if it will pan out in the future.

As for Cela, this is a tricky one. Cause in some ways, I do want to like her, I really do. But how naive she is, it's just unreal and it starts to get in on my nerves, cause no one can be that naive surely? But I suppose they can, the way she always gets worried about everything to do with Foster and Pike. If she was that worried all the time she would either not go with them or just talk to them, not go and do it and then complain afterwards.

After all t hat big review and rant, I don't know what to do about the next books in the series, I may read the preview but then leave it. I think I may leave the series for a little while and then come back to it later in the year or something.

I will give this book 4.5 out of 10

The books are part of an 8 volume serial. Basically one book split up into 8 parts. Normally I avoid serials entirely, but part 1 was free and I've heard some great things about Roni Loren's books. Wow, was I glad I picked up part 1! Not Until You will forever be one of my all-time favorite books and Roni Loren has landed on my top 5 list of one-click authors!

Cela Medina is as straight-arrow as they come. The straight-A student, perfectionist that always chose school and studying over friends and parties. But now she's graduated from college and is about to move back home and start her life under the watchful eye of her family. So when she sees her super hot neighbors, Foster and Pike on the night of her graduation she thinks why the hell not. Judging by the noises she's heard through the thin walls of her apartment and the women the two men share, it should be the kind of wild night she deserves.

But she soon learns that Foster is a member of the exclusive BDSM resort, The Ranch, and he's not looking for a fling or a one-night stand. He wants a woman that will stick around and surrender to him. To be his submissive.

Now here's why I loved Roni Loren's writing. Her style was so superbly written, that for someone like me who will never understand the lifestyle could get sucked into the story and feel as if I did. Roni pulled me in so deep that I was experiencing Cela's desire to be with Foster and his dark yet exciting ways. Now, this isn't the first time an author has done this for me. But we're talking about subjects that are way beyond my comprehension. What really made Roni's writing stand out was the way the characters expressed their feelings and actions. Every word and scene was in there for a reason, not like so many books I've read that made me wonder… why do I need to know this? Or worse, why is the author repeating it yet again? The writing was organic and flowed nicely.

And I especially loved how each character overcame something in the story. In my opinion, this is a must for a good book. They should learn something or get passed something from their past that will make them a better person. The kind of person the love of their life deserves. It just makes me as a reader feel like now, finally, they can have their happily ever after.

Cela's moment had me tearing up. But Foster's! Oh, my God, I cried like a baby. Interested? Read the books!

Ménage… BDSM… not my thing. But Roni Loren can write about anything and I'll read it!

So why not 5 out of 5? There were some minor editorial issues. Each of the volumes had something in it. Switching from first person to third within a sentence. (Celea's POV was written in first and Foster's was in third.) And some missing words here and there.

This is the second book out of eight in the Not Until You series by Roni Loren. If you have not read Not Until You Dare, please do not read this review as these books are meant to be read in order as it is simply a continuation of the first book. There will be eight books in this series when all is said and done. But they are short little books so you can go back and re-read each one before touching the next in the series quickly without having to set aside ample amounts of time. That is one thing I love about this story. This book may keep me wanting more, but because of the length, I am not struggling to have to find time to go back and re-read each of them.

Cela continues on her journey of self discovery in part 2. She has that list of “I never evers” and both Foster and Pike want to help her cross things off that list. But when part 1 of the story left off, they were getting in a cab and heading to a posh hotel. The men want to make this a memorable time for Cela and she wants it more than anything. But there is one or two things holding her back. She must find the courage to tell them and submit to them to cross things off that list.

Cela really has a connection with these two men and she is excited to get started on that list, but there is always nagging thoughts in the back of her mind that she shouldn’t be doing these things. This is not the way her perfectly planned life is supposed to go. But one kiss, one touch and she lets her body do the thinking instead. Smart girl… of course, she had a little bit of encouraging in that department too. When Pike or Foster found her drifting into thoughts, they had to quickly reminder her that she needs to shut that part off and just feel.

Cela suddenly finds her attraction for both Pike and Foster mounting and she cannot wait to experience everything they have to offer. Suddenly Cela finds herself wanting Foster more and more. He is dominating and she wants to submit. And when Pike leaves the two of them alone, she does exactly that.

Big problem though… Cela forgot to tell the guys one pretty big detail about the things on her list. Foster discovers it too late and wishes he could change the way things happened. In his eyes, they shouldn’t have happened the way they did. But as Cela sees it, things happened exactly as she wanted them to. She didn’t want either of them to have regrets or stand in judgement of her. Now Cela is at a crossroads… two amazingly hot men, one dwindling list…

I am so excited to read the third book in this series. Roni Loren has piqued my interest and I want more of these books, now.

A copy of this book was provided by the publisher for an honest review at SeductiveMusings.blogspot.com.

After hours of dancing wildly between Foster and Pike at a local nightclub, Cela agrees to go to a hotel with them both, still not quite sure she hasn’t just passed out from all the tequila they had drunk together while filling out her Never Have I Ever list. Foster’s Dominant nature immediately appeals to Cela, and keeps her from panicking as he and Pike give Cela a night none of them will ever forget.

Cela’s ability to submit so completely and quickly drives Foster wild, despite her air of innocence and obvious inexperience. But then he realizes there is one more thing she left off her Never Have I Ever list, and it’s the biggest one of all.

The sexual interplay between Cela, Foster and Pike is a delight to read and the contrast of the two men’s personalities is never more obvious than when they are teaming up to pleasure Cela. But Foster’s reaction when he discovers the extent of Cela’s innocence was frustrating for me to read, even though it did fit in to his belief in how to treat women in and out of bed. The fact that Cela insists that it was all just a one time fantasy fling doesn’t ease his discomfort, and Part 2 ends with that uncertainty between the two of them.

This is the big "first time" part.  First time Pike/Foster/Cela are together, but also Cela's first time.  Except she doesn't really tell them she's trying to get rid of her V card.  She just wants to do something out of character and have one night of wild fun before going back to her boring life in her small town.

Although Foster wasn't planning on showing Cela some of his darker likes, he can't help but let some of it come out.

I am really liking the connection between Cela and Pike and this part pretty much cements that.  However, I thought Pike being there was a bit awkward and maybe not the awesome first threesome I was expecting.  It was more about Foster and Cela as a couple even though that's not how the night started off.

I am anxious to see more of Foster's Dom side coming out because he is oh so sexy!

Now that the first time is out of the way, I can't wait to see where they'll go from there.  I need part III already!

I am anxiously waiting for each installment. I love Cela and Foster. For me, Pike is a non-factor because clearly this story is all about Foster, Cela and their eventual HEA. My one complaint after reading the first installment was Cela's age. After doing some research, I discovered that this serial is a hybrid of NA and Adult romance. So I'm going to go with it and not focus on Cela's age too much anymore.

Foster, Pike and Cela leaves the club and goes to a swanky hotel. Foster spares no expense. Cela is looking forward to her menage with Foster and Pike but she has a secret. But she doesn't want to reveal the secret because she doesn't want Foster or Pike to hold themselves back, sexually.

Although the sex scenes between Foster, Pike and Cela were well-written, I felt like something was missing. Like there was no connection between Cela and Foster and Pike. Foster is a Dom and he is more dark and intense than Pike but I wasn't feeling it. Some parts lacked heat for me and Loren can write some smoking hot sex scenes.

Despite my issues, I am still enjoying this serial and can't wait for the next installment.

Whoa!
After a quick message to let Mrs Loren know how sadistic she has become with this e-serial and a little detour on the way to the computer :: cheeky grin :: I now feel I am ready to write the review.

The attraction and electricity between Cela, Pike and Foster is so strong its jumping off the screen and into the reader.
You can feel the adrenaline pumping throughout your own body as the highs and lows and even higher highs hit.

The pure trust and need, that rawness Cela and Foster have towards each other is so, captivating.
They leave you begging for more.

I liked the idea Roni had of this e-serial when I first heard of it, now as I sit here dying to find out more of my newest found love (Foster) I’m cursing Roni’s idea of it and wondering what the hell possessed her to do this, like I said, sadistic I’m thinking lol

One thing I love with Roni’s books is her creativity.
So many books are extremely repetitive with scenes, something we don’t have to worry about with Roni’s books.

Having said that, I’m hoping this doesn’t end a 3 way like Melt Into You.

Hubby Thanks ya Roni :)

I picked up the first 2 novellas in this series as a freebie on Amazon, well I am an Amazon Kindle Freebie Whore. As soon as I started reading the first one I was absolutely hooked and immediately bought the remainder of the series. Because I read all 8 consecutively my review is for all 8.

OMG this series is amazing. It is absolute perfection. It is hot, hot, hot. The characters and their dynamics are so well developed. Everything about this book is beautifully interwoven. The story grabs you from the very first page and you don't want to put it down. I don't have the words to describe how awesome this series is, and am just in awe at this author.

I would recommend reading this series how I did, because you're going to be left with cliffhangers otherwise.

I wish I had realised this was 3.5 in the Loving on the Edge series when I started, but that's my own fault.

While I am totally loving this series THIS E-SERIAL IS KILLING ME! I absolutely love all of Roni Loren's books however this one is shaping up to be a little different. Maybe it's the fact that something really is left to the imagination when you can't just flip to the next chapter? It draws me in closer. Maybe its that wanting something you can't have that makes each release that much sweeter (no pun intended lol). I'm not totally sure yet but I like it! The story and characters are fresh and not your same old, same old romance characters. I especially like Cela. She is needy but not too needy. She is private but not so much that she will not open up. She's shy about what she wants but takes it at the same time. My kind of girl. Patiently waiting for next weeks release.

I waited until this entire serial had been released before I started it, because I *knew* I wouldn't be happy waiting each week for a new installment. I'm glad I did. My full review is on the last installment's (Not Until You LOVE) page. Not Until You Part VIII: Not Until You Love

Another freaking HOT story from Roni Loren. I won't lie, I was pretty skeptical about reading these serials, but so far I am LOVING this story. Foster is hot, Pike is super adorable and I'm really enjoying Cela. Looking forward to more. Now on to the next installment.
