How to deal with difficult people? Look at the mirror it might be you. Most difficult people are the driver of your org success. If the relationship is difficult, the chemistry is not quite right. A good book, mediocre one to get advice about work partners and bosses.

Maybe helpful for people who haven't already considered "people have their own lives going on" and "most people aren't being difficult at you"
