One of those stories where Rabbit is the villain for taking a reasonable request -- a little peace and quiet -- to an unreasonable extreme -- a warning sign demanding silence and putting cotton in his ears all day and night -- before seeing the error of his ways. I identify too much with Rabbit to want to see his strengths made into faults.

(My Pooh Project: I love Winnie the Pooh, and so does my wife. Having a daughter gave us a chance to indoctrinate her into the cult by buying and reading her every Pooh book we came across. How many is that? I’m going to count them this year by reading and reviewing one every day and seeing which month I finally run out. Track my progress here:

I only wish there was a little more to the ending. But how true it is when the thing we wish for, isn't what we truly want.
