Great to get a quick overview of the basics of Javascript, better if you already known another language.

It's an introduction like most books about javascript and programming.

I recommend it to people that don't have the basics of computer programming. Who have them, don't.

If you don't know JS and want to get your feet wet fast, read this book.
It isn't comprehensive as other books out there, but practical and to the point.
