A interesting collection of essays on Pre-Nazi gay movements. Many of the early German gay movements shared many views similar to the Nazis. They were nationalistic,racially conscious,and Pro-War. Most of these gay German activists were against the work of the Jewish gay activist Magnus Hirschfeld, a man that thought of gays as a "third sex." Anyways, this is an interesting book when comparing the narcissistic self-worship of the "gay community" today.
