two stars for being researched "well" but also terribly subjective. this author honestly hates women and gives a pass to all of these men in power. wesley hagood is a sucio boy for even thinking that a book like this needed to be written.

I thought this was all very credible. Seemed to be well researched information and delivered in a straight-forward manner. You will find more interesting books of scandal, but this was otherwise a good presentation of known information.

This book is incredibly interesting. I could not put it down. All those men I immensely respected, I thought of as perfect moral role models were none other than human. This should not be be a surprise, but it was. Why would an American President who is just a man never have sinned once in his life, never made a mistake? And this book provided the proof, the facts, the quotes. It pulled back the blinds of the American History textbooks, erased the dates and filled in the gaps with emotion. Honestly, I want to read it again just so I can tell everyone all the cool things I learned.

It is juicy gossip. I guess a lot of it is fact though. It really makes me wonder why people got so upset at Clinton's little goings-on. I mean, I know that presidents are supposed to be these ultimate role model for citizens and they are supposed to be above average and the most moral ever and all, but hell. No one's perfect. But I guess you're supposed to be when you're president. Atleast WHILE you're being president at the time.

I can't get into it enough to get glued to the book though. It's better as a thumb-through book.

I borrowed this book from my good friend Frank Hendricks. A history of presidential shenanigans-- fantastic, I thought. And it was interesting learning about the presidents featured, their lives and relationships. I thought by far the most hilarious part was that it is published mid-term Clinton, as in pre-Lewinsky. Wow, he really must have been kicking himself for ending it too soon when that all happened. Oh well, I feel greatly educated in presidential privilege now.

Interesting perspective on our Presidents. I literally read this book in one day...I couldn't put it down. My favorite part: Thomas Jefferson's debate between his head and his heart concerning a woman. Of coure the longest chapter belongs to Kennedy. He was one busy guy!

As a writer and historical researcher, this is one of those books that I wish I had written. Fun and entertaining with a few surprising juicy scandals that I didn't know about. Highly Recommended.

So very interesting. Though I wonder if I should be reading about presidential sexcapades if I want any of my own. Especially fascinating is the earlier stuff one doesn't hear much about.
