Doc and Mrs. B plan a trip to the Florida Keys, with their children in tow bringing along their babysitter, Ronnie. They want to show their Thanks for all she has done for their family. A game of seduction, of desire and need ... where Ronnie gets a chance to know how deep her desires run and how to embrace her sexual deviances while the Baumgartners get to add some spice back to their sex life.
Babysitting the Baumgartners was such a guilty pleasure treat. I pretty much walked into this blind .... had no clue what it was gonna be full of delicious goodness but I really shouldn't be surprised consider who the author is. Love getting treats like this and super excited to know that there is more to go, I can sprinkle them around my other books to mix things up a bit. There is no real story line or premise, but it still is an awesome freebie. Highly recommended if you like it a naughty, nasty and don't mind FFM play.
I just read Babysitting the Baumgartners. I have never read about a hornier bunch of people in my life. WOW All they do is have sex and more sex. Every kind of sex. Don't these people EVER get tired? They just get finished and their ready to go again. I'm tired just reading about it. Dad has some stamina and mom is a sex queen and now they have turned the babysitter into a nympho. Wait, now there is a new person added to the marathon sexarama a nanny for another couple. I don't know what vitamins these people take but I'd like stock in it because it would make me millions.
Grab a spare pair of panties! (Boxers for my male companions.) Your's will be soaked! _____________________
A story about a couple with a sexual appetite for their 19yo. babysitter? It is one of those fantasies that you can never tire of. With only 197 actual novel pages this book surprised me on several levels. It was graphic and titillating, and you didn't have to skip a bunch of pages to get to innuendos about someone's burning manhood. Selena Kitt's writing is direct, no fluff, and very descriptive without the need of a GPS to figure out what is being put where and how. Highly explicit, but what's wrong with that? We're not five here guys.
It has a good variety of solo, girl-girl, girl-guy-girl, guy-girl with plenty of "creativity" splashed in. The plot was even pretty satisfying. My favorite escapades had to of been between Ronnie and Mrs B. as there seemed to be a tenderness mixed in; you can tell she seems to really care for Ronnie. Some of the best F/F scenes I have read so far.
Yes, I realize it was ménage. Was it FINALLY the one to convert me into an appreciator in the art of trios love making? I think so. It sure as hell convinced me to give the genre a chance at finding a special place in my daydreams.
It's a SUPER steamy, SUPER hot novel that's a quick page turner. If the topic of this book horrifies you initially--as it did with me--at least read a sample of it, and you may just be surprised. Just remember! If husband, boyfriend or person is not available(or you're single) make sure to have toys fully charged and ready for use!
Holy Snikeys! This book was pretty much a festival of naughtiness--cover to cover.
This book starts out innocent enough, of-course...don't most pornos? 19 year old Veronica or "Ronnie" has been babysitting the Baumgartner children since she was a young teenager. When they invite her on a trip to the Keys for winter break to watch the kids, she jumps at the chance to get away from the harsh winter weather in the mid-west looking forward to working on her tan and a free vacay.
On day 1, queue the music "bow-chica-bow-bow". Although the turn of events flusters Ronnie, it also ignites fire and lust that she didn't know she possessed. Yeah, it is THAT hot. Not for the sexually timid. Extreme sexual situations M/F/F.
May I say soaked panties??? This book is SO arousing from the beginning to end! Mrs. B & Doc invite Ronnie their babysitter to The Keys for Christmas Vacation to watch their children. RIGHT??? Apparently the Baumgartners have much more in store for Ronnie. They obviously have a sensational sex life, but like most of us they want more. When I say more, I mean Ronnie!!! Ronnie overhears them having sex with extreme dirty talk and realizes they're talking about her, which turns her on!!! While she's watching through their door the Doc catches her watching & masturbating!!! What a perfect opportunity to bring Ronnie into their bed. When it comes to sex, this book has a little bit of it all!! F/F, FMF, anal & the most erotic scenes I've ever read!!! I definitely recommend this book & am sure I will read it again!!! If I could find more books like this one I'd never quit reading!!! I think I had more orgasms during the reading of this than I have had in the past month!!! Word to the wise, don't attempt to read it at work like I did. Scrub pants aren't a very good barrier!!!
The mom and dad having sex with the babysitter is just not a turn on for me. Where were the kids? And the constant barrage of sex stimulation would have left the most experienced person perpetually sore. Ugh...that's not sexy at all.
Ok, so this book kinda calls for a more detailed review. Up until this point I had only read Selena's Powerplay series which I kinda love. It is a bit more romancey and less erotica bordering adult film industry reading.
Well, I kept seeing this book pop up in my feed randomly. Everyone loves it! Says its like the end all be all of erotica.
It kinda was.
I mean Selena literally overdoses you to the point of sexual pain with how much she gives you. From f/f to f/f/m to m/f then back to f/f again. It details are really vivid and your going, "Oh, crap I didn't know I was into that! Well, I guess I am now!"
For the most part it is like a really dirty New Adult coming of age book. Maybe if all of them were as blunt and raw as this one was, I would like more New Adult fiction. I was a bit unsatisfied with the ending hence the non full five stars. I guess I understand what she was doing with this story--however, I felt used for Ronnie's sake. It was like, "We love you, we love you, oh you are beautiful." Then literally with no phone call Ronnie is replaced and its like static and crickets. I was like WHAT!
Ok, now I'm pretty open. I was pretty wild when I hit 17 through the age of 20. But if this happened to me. And the raw sexuality and emotions that were spewed out in this book to Ronnie had happened to me it would royally mess me up in the head. Yeah, its technically just erotica. Obviously, some are even calling it pretty much porn. However, I can't help but think it was trying to send a message. Maybe I'm over thinking it because I'm so angry and hurt for Ronnie. Yeah, she's 19 but I can't help but feel one of the GROWN ADULTS should have spoken to her and explained more. It was like like "Good humping you, bye! Moving on to the next nanny."
Ok, before turn this into a rant on the last chapter lol I'm gonna stop and just remember the good times Ronnie had with the Baumgartners--and Gretchen.
I have to say, this is not the most complex of stories. In fact, this may even be just porn for all I can say. I read this story only because the Kindle Smut group would NOT stop about this story. So I read the story and thought, oh geesh, where the hell are my toys? I wish I babysat for the Baumgartners, why didn't I ever babysit for a couple like this? It was so hot, corrupting Ronnie. When Ronnie finally took it
Reading about places in Ann Arbor was startling and helped me feel more the voyeur. Since I am heavy into voyeurism, this story just flat out did it for me. All I can say is, Doc, I'll be your little baby-sitter, any time you want.
Holy Bikini, Batman! Selena Kitt's characters straddle, cross, or leap over sexual boundaries. If someone's thought about it, she's probably written or planning to write about it.
In Babysitting the Baumgartners, Veronica (Ronnie) gets invited to the Keys to babysit the Baumgartners' children. That's where things stop being "normal" and head into the "oh-I-shouldn't-but-I-wanna" realm of possibilities for her and the Baumgartners. She's in for a little more than fun in the sun. Mrs. B notices Ronnie noticin' her and O.o! Then, Mr. B notices Mrs. B noticin' Ronnie ...
Another porn book! Damn! If you like to read a book just about hot sex this ones for you! Have hubby/wife or batteries handy! Not a book to read in public!
Let me preface this review by saying, I read this book on a recommendation from a friend but this is really not the type of genre I normally enjoy. I gave it 3 stars because it is well written, descriptive (explicitly so) and flows well, so I can appreciate that part of the novel. However, I think the title of this review speaks for itself, this book was basically written porn. It’s pure smut. If I were basing my rating purely on the plot or my enjoyment of reading it I would have given it a 2 star.
The plot, if you can call it that, rivals that of a 70’s porno flick. Young nineteen year old babysitter gets seduced by married couple and engages in ménage for a weeklong vacation. I think that last remark may be considered a spoiler since, aside from different positions—I just outlined the entire story in one sentence.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not prudish and I enjoy a good erotic romance, but I just felt like there was nothing else, but sex, to this story. The characters were flat, there was no real history or background to them, and their only motivations—again sex. It really wasn’t for me, but hey, if that’s the kind of book you like you’ll probably enjoy Babysitting the Baumgartners.
The story was okay. The characters were okay, I guess. But in my opinion, there was just WAY too much sex for the book to be as long as it was. I enjoy reading these types of stories, but when you get to a point where you are just scrolling from page to page (ebook) just to get to something other than sex, then you know it's too much. I'm not sure if I will read the rest of the series.
Wow….. “elegant” smut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can this book be labeled as such??????\
If you want a story with a plot – give this book a miss!! There ain’t any!!
But sex……….lots and lots of it….m/f f/f f/m/f…..many positions one can think of. In fact, you will not be disappointed….its sex in chapter 1, 2,3 and so on. Nothing else goes on except sex between the babysitter and her bosses..yes….bosses….mr & mrs..and oh yes between the babysitter and her bosses friend’s au pair!!!! There is no lack of reading loads of sex scenes!
Exciting – well after a few chapters the so much sex scenes between the B’s and Ronnie become almost repetitive….you could find yourself skimming over some of them….why did I? They just were so the same..over and over…of course …I was grateful that it does take place in some “exotic” locations….Key West, on a private beach, in the sea, in the shower, on the bathroom’s counter..and yes in a very big tub with lots of sprays and all that….by now I guess one is able to have an idea about the contents of this book. Right!!!!!
So what else is there in the story????? Can’t remember exactly!!!! But I have to be honest and state that I will be reading the whole series!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First off, I enjoyed the first person narrative of the book - coming from the main character, Ronnie, whom is the babysitter for the Baumgartners. I found it refreshing, as most of the books I read are written in the third person. This story read like a journal, as if we were reading Ronnie's journal. The sex in this book is plentiful and HOT, but I have to say I was a bit put off by Ronnie's young age (19) as compared to the assumed ages of Doc and Carrie Baumgartner; which I was guessing to be at least in their 30's. I think I would have felt better if the babysitter (Ronnie) was closer to age 24ish or so. But once I got beyond that factor, I thought the story moved right along. They jammed a lot of sex into that one week vacation! I have two more books to read in the Baumgartners series and I'm eager to get into them!
I guess this is my first erotica novel, because I don't recall ever reading a book with so many more sexual scenes than story line. I enjoy erotica, but I enjoy it more when it's wrapped up within a better storyline, and this didn't really have that for me. Babysitting for a couple as they're vacationing in Key West isn't enough for me.
And as erotic as the scenes were (which included man/woman, man/woman/woman, and woman/woman), I found that I don't enjoy girl on girl, and this story had quite a bit of that. If there had been less of an emphasis on the lesbian scenes I would have given this more stars.
But if you enjoy that as much as man/woman erotica, then you will enjoy this, because I thought it was done very well.
Not sure I'm OK with older couple manipulating the younger girl, but they WERE all of age of consent. It was steamy... I just wish the babysitter had been a smidge older. It almost read like she felt like she had to do certain things (like get shaved or the subsequent shower)... like she felt helpless over her feelings, but the older couple were so sure of theirs.
Let me start off by saying this was my first outing with Selena Kitt, but my second time with the book. The first time I tried the audio book and only lasted 15mins. Now this might have put me off, but suddenly i started hearing people raving about it so i decided to try again. Audiobooks, after all, are much more than just the written author's world, and any one of those things can put you off, while the book is just the author.
While reading, I really enjoyed this. Now let me say that just about every chapter has an element of sex, be it voy or straight out threesome. The story is deep as the characters, but it's not trying to be so it doesn't really matter.
I was really tempted to give this five stars, but it failed me in two areas: (spoiler ahead so be warned) 1 - Veronica seemed to take to it all very easily, all of a sudden with no real inner conflict or much thought on it. 2- The ending For all the Baumgartners talk of their feelings for Veronica, they replace her without a word and she just takes it with a shrug and a C'est la vie.
Not deal breakers but for me it moved it down to 4-4.5.
This book is about the Baumgartners and their 19 year old babysitter, holidaying in the Florida Keys and having a menage a trois. END OFF. Thats it, the rest is just sex, sex and more sex. No great plot,no dazzling H/H, no love just pure dirty sex....
Did I enjoy it?? Hell yes, I couldn't put the book down. It was as if it was glued to my fingers. This is a hot book and the sex is hot and explicit. These people had more sex in a week than the average person has in a month. They were like Duracel Bunnys, insatiable and super fit with Super energy, I think I lost about 10 lbs just reading about them!!!
Anybody looking for a hot book full of sex then look no further, now Im off to buy the sequel A Baumgartner Reunion
About the closest thing that comes to genuine erotic literature. Correct me, if I'm wrong... there is no modern author on the bookshelves tackling FFM sexual encounters consistently. There is no romance tale peppered in. The main character's susceptibility to uncontrollable lust has no great meaning. There is a fun story about sensuality, but Selena Kitt decided not to really build in any significant character arch. There was no thematic discussion driven by the virtually pornographic scenes. I'm impressed by how the author steps outside of artsy-fartsy erotica, Letters to Penthouse, and the overplayed erotic romance genres to create a full novel that explores some common sex fantasies under-represented in mass fiction. I just want a little bit more, Ms. Kitt... please?
Like someone else said, it's pretty clear from the title and cover what this book is - pure erotica. Or even just straight-up porn. And it doesn't pretend to be anything other than that.
HOWEVER, it's extremely well-written erotica/porn. (I'm dancing between the two because there actually is some characterization and story set-up, albeit for the sake of the sex itself) Even given the 1st person POV, it's still smokin' hot. I loved the F/F action just as much as the M/F. Mad props to Ms. Kitt for all of it.
I'm only docking a half-star because I didn't care much for the au paire side-character development. I found it distracting and it drew me out of the intense relationship the author build between Ronnie and the Baumgartners.
This is a new favourite of mine. Selena Kitt weaves a wonderful tale, infused with erotic tension and a heavy dollop of tabboo. Veronica, now a freshman in college, has been a babysitter for the Baumgartners for years and is awarded with a trip to Florida Keys, together with the family, but the Baumgartners haven't brought her along to watch the kid, their plan is to seduce her. I love how the sexuality is bubbling just below the surface in the most innocent settings. The kids aren't part of the action, they are more obstacles in it.
So, I ended up reading this book because of all the hubbub about the Baumgartners series and so I finally thought, what the hell? It was an okay book, just not my thing. I can't pinpoint exactly why, I just couldn't get into it. I'm pretty neutral about it. I didn't particularly like it and I didn't dislike it either. It was an okay read just to get a taste of the Baumgartners world to see if I'd want to get the others. While I probably won't be reading the others, I would recommend reading at least one of the 6 books in this series because the Baumgartners are an unusual and interesting family. And who knows? They might just be your kind of family.
As one reviewer stated: "...can there be too much sex?" Yes, maybe. It is well written, but for me the endless sex scenes were actually too much. Did I really just type that? The sex was hot, really hot, but like the best pizza, the first piece tastes better than the last one you cram down your throat. And speaking of "crammed down your throat" that is a good description for this book. Our babysitter/heroine is introduced to every form of sex short of hanging from a trapeze. It is a sexual awaking story that most will read with one hand and great interest. I loved it initially as I said, but this great pizza eventually got cold and I got my fill.
The couple, the first book, Meet The Baumgartners, is back ...years later. This book include the Baumgartner and there babysitter. Ok type of story, that seemed to me to be a bit cheesy & the ending, WTH ... Add the lack of protection or caution, ever heard of condoms... Yeah this one lacked in that department just like the first...
Also add in the fact that the author did it again, approx. 70% of the book was the story was book itself the remaining 30% was about the author's other books.
Ronnie started off as just the babysitter, but soon becomes much more - when she heads to Key West with the Baumgartners.
Doc & Carrie indulge in the hot, sweet barely legal babysitter, letting her explore ALL her sexual desires.
I loved their slow seduction of Ronnie! I did get a little twinge in this one that Doc sort of blurred the lines a bit - which is strange given their situation. But this was another stellar installment in this series and after watching the short Adam & Eve intro videos - I know I'm going to have to get those movies!
