3 Stars = Okay. Maybe not a page-turner, but not sorry I read it.

Somebody, can't remember who, gave this book to me in the 1990's, as I am a cat lover (I adore all animals actually, but at that time was working full time so just had cats, and was therefore considered a cat lady).

It has been sitting on my bookshelves gathering dust for too long and, in my bid to declutter my house, is going to make itself useful by donating itself to the North Clwyd Animal Rescue shop. May it make a yoga/cat lover very happy and raise funds for a good cause.
