I love the style of all these books. It makes the people of Botswana seem very charming. This is a good story too. If someone fancies reading these books, it’s best to do them in order as there are also overarching stories too.

When the two mysteries intertwine Mrs. Ramotswe is left with difficult decisions to make and yet she pulls a rabbit out of her hat with finding a way that fixes the situation with the least damage. Great book for young adults or anyone looking for something not full of sex and crime.

Alexander McCall Smith is a reliable writer. You can count on him to write a book that will engage your interest and enlighten you about the culture of Botswana. This is the 4th of 11 books in the No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency series and is officially one of my favorite book series. Hope to finish this series by the end of next year. Write on Alexander McCall Smith!

The fourth niovel in the No 1 Ladies Detective Agency series by Alexander McCall Smith is just as enjoyable as the preceeding three. I am particularly enjoying the character development of Mma Maktusi and enjoyed the plot relating to her typing school for men.
