Good

The book was goos. It gives many examples and even check lists to improve camarederie and other areas. It goes over how other companies build up on these areas too.

Drawing on years of research, Burchell and Robin shed light on how companies become great workplaces, and are then able to excel. The authors focus specifically on companies around the country that get high marks from their own employees--Microsoft, Google, Starbucks, Zappos, and others--and then identify the unique commonalities. Looking beyond mere perks, the authors delve into the values that these organizations share, and how they're incorporated into workplace interactions, to great effect. The findings are bolstered with plenty of tips and real-world examples.

Good ideas to make the workplace seem like a family, but I'm not so sure that's a good idea in itself.
