Life is too short for indecision. Funny how undecided the protagonist is, isn't it? :) Loved the new characters and their backstory, hated the way it ended. Still, one of the better volumes so far.
"When you build something, you need the money and labor to allow you to fail. Just using high quality materials, doesn't guarantee that the product will be good. But when you have improvised something from its failures, then it's a good product."
"It's only when you are serious about things, then an earnest failure is valuable."
"Life is too short. I shouldn't be wasting energy on something that doesn't excite me!" A touching story of 3 friends... in which sponsor and a training support guy were included, about their childhood memories with a friend...emotional touching :')
In this volume we get the story behind Pico and Vince, who seem at first like a very unlikely pair. This is actually something I really love about Chuya Koyama--the ability to introduce two seemingly unlikeable characters and within a few pages explain them in such a way that they become some of your faves. There aren't really any bad guys in this series, just folks who aren't yet explained and understood.
I enjoy the innocence of both Mutta and Hibito. They really are sweet people. And I enjoy watching their lives enriched by past and newly made friends. Are you reading this series yet?
