A valuable resource for anyone looking for the 'whys' of ingrained behaviors in others. Those familiar with the four Greek-defined primary personalities, or the DISC personality profile system, will find this a helpful companion in their quest to understand and bring out the best in those closest to them, as well as get along more efficiently with those they simply have no choice but to interact with on a regular basis.

Personally, I found exploring these primary and secondary personality traits has helped me (An introvert who loves people but rarely likes them) immensely to appreciate those around me who had been frustratingly different from me in their methods, preferences, and thought processes.
