This is a great framework for thinking about life decisions. The idea that we each have multiple potential good life paths, and there isn’t a single “right” decision is powerful. This takes the focus off of trying to figure out the best decision, to figuring out what option you want to try out right now, with flexibility to make different decisions in the future. The related podcast is also useful.

I completed this workbook alongside the actual book. Every chapter of the book I took the time to complete the corresponding workbook section. I must say it has changed a lot of for me to see the possibilities that I have for myself. Because of this book I have made drastic changes in my life and I wish to show others this path! Highly recommended!

Pretty good! I read this one not for myself but i love their optimistic views paired with data. As a designer i love to see these concepts applied to creating a life for yourself in which you can be happy.

Convenient to use when pair with the book. No need to draw everything yourself, feel more formal and your energy could be spent more on thinking rather than logistics.

I initially thought this would be a useless addition, but it was very helpful to have the templates gathered all in one place. Recommended for use with the book.

It gives you a work-frame. Pushes you to act right away instead of sitting in your head. Helps you to make your life structured.

This is a good companion to the actual book. It’s great for putting those practices into action in one beautiful little book. Great quality!
