Set in the year 2099 AD, the show focuses on the adventures of the eponymous Professor Nebulous, director of operations for the eco-troubleshooting team KENT (the Key Environmental Non-Judgmental Taskforce) as they combat various catastrophes and try to set the world back on the right path following a worldwide environmental disaster known as "The Withering". Nebulous is going into my audio play top three, right next to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and Bleak Expectations. It doesn't quite match up to those two, but it comes very very close - maybe if it could move a bit to the left...

Or maybe not. Because that's what our main character Nebulous tried with the Isle of Wight - moving it a bit to the left to catch more sun - with disastrous results. Now, fallen from grace, he leads K.E.N.T. (Key Environmental Non-Judgemental Taskforce), an eco-troubleshooting team and laundrymat in a world suffering the aftermath of "The Withering", an apocalyptic event that made that the world now has to do without, say, vacuum cleaners and Tuesdays. Vegetarians are an endangered species.

It's all quite silly.

There's also lots of Doctor Who references, if you're into that. I am.
