This one was a winner for my buddy Parker. We probably read through this about a dozen times and that was just before library class. The photographs are beautiful and there are plenty of children’s faces, which I believe were an attraction, as well as very simple and explanatory text.
This book is great for very young children because there are very few words on each page. The words that are there are very simple and focus on colors and shapes that are found in leaves. It is a great book to use to start learning about fall and the changing of the seasons.
