This was a nice Christmas book, but some of the recipes and decorations were a bit much both ingredient and time wise. There were some nice gift suggestions that I'm definitely planning on using this holiday season.

Not bad recipes. Wish there was some easier recipes. Love how they talk about other Christmas things in this book. Love the calendars at the end too.

Great recipes and decorating ideas! A few of the recipes seem a little complicated but, overall, they are twists on items I already knew how to make and I cannot wait to try them out. There is also a really helpful section towards the back that tells you exactly where to find all the serving platters, silverware, napkins, etc. used to display the recipes in the book. With the added holiday calendars, lists, and planning guides, even someone who is new to entertaining can plan something fun and festive!

I think Southern Living almost always puts out a quality project and this year's edition is no exception. Other than the fact that they tend to go overboard, I always enjoy their recipes, decorating and craafts.

I love everything in this book. Some of the decorations aren't my style, but I like them. Every last recipe looks yummy!!! I swear I gained 25 lbs just reading and looking at the pictures. I'm going to have to find my own copy of this one, I was reading a library copy
