Moving day and we're getting rid of some old stuff. Found this cookbook in the stack and thought I'd peruse it before tossing it in the donation pile. The thing that caught my eye in this book was the "desirable weight levels" section. Since I am a very picky eater I found most of these recipes a little to rich for me. I found a few good recipes such as baked potato fries. Everything in this book is meant to help you loose or maintain your healthy weight. There are also charts for exchanges of meat, starches and fats etc...
My son has made a few recipes from this book and I have to say they have been very taste. He loves the book.
