Tempting her forbidden boss by Natalie Anderson (Unfinished Business -2-) (Billionaire Bosses, Forbidden Flings -1-) Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)
Hero: Alex Carlisle - CEO Heroine: Danielle Russo - Employee
Summary: Danielle found herself attracted to her boss, Alex, after working at his company for a brief time. Little did she know that he felt the same way! When they got trapped in the elevator together and she became nervous, Alex kissed her. The security cameras captured the entire incident, and someone leaked the video, causing it to go viral. As a result, the company fired her. With no money to even rent a bed in a hostel, Danielle felt lost. However, Alex refused to accept this situation and insisted on helping her.

My opinion: It was good for the most part.
👩🏻 Dani is lonely, strong, and sassy.
🧔🏻 Alex is charismatic and confident.
📚 It's not the most fascinating boss/employee book I've ever read. But you won't get bored. It's almost 150 pages. So, you might be able to devour it in one sitting.
I wasn't so fond of the problems with their parents', however, I loved how they supported each other even tho they weren't in a relationship!
The reason for the 3rd act break up felt like it's made up. There wasn't a need for it at all. However, I loved how it ended!
⭐️ It was good!

Tw❗️: Death of loved ones (in the past) Threats of SA (when she was 14 yrs)
Alex was the boss and he was hot and Dani couldn't take her eyes of him! She usually took the stairs, because being confined in small spaces caused her to suffer claustophobia. However, on this particular day, she took the elevator and who should enter it but Alex Carlisle, her sexy boss.
Alex could see she was scared, didn't know what to do, so he kissed her. During this kiss the chemistry just sizzled between them. What neither of them counted on was the video recording of the inside of the elevator and it ended up on uTube, with Dani's legs wrapped around her boss.
I loved the scorching, burning hot chemistry between them.
Natalie Anderson has written one sensual and exciting romance with Caught On Camera With the CEO!
Started off strong with great sexual tension and smart dialog. Loved the elevator hookup and the way the hero took responsibility for the fallout from it. Ultimately, however, it fizzles out in a wave of poorly developed angst on both their parts.
Alex Carlisle, CEO of Carlisle Finance Corporation, was one of those charismatic people who inspired his staff to perform at peak efficiency. His personality had that effect on all of them. Dani Russo felt the awe when he was around. But for her, it had the opposite effect because his presence distracted her and she only finished half of her work. He made her restless. If he even looked at her, her mind went blank.
Fortunately, it was time for lunch and she hurried off 2 minutes early toward the elevator. She would have taken the stairs, but he was too close to them. One of her fears was getting trapped in an elevator, so her nerves were making her tense. She rushed inside as the doors closed… then they opened as an arm stopped them and Alex got on. Partially down, a metallic groan sounded and the elevator stopped, dropped a little, and stopped once more. Her panic kicked in and she couldn’t breathe. He talked softly to her, and slowly bent down to kiss her gently, telling her she would be fine. But it wasn’t. She was still in this small place and trapped. So he kissed her again until her brain turned to mush and she relaxed. As he kissed her, she ran her hand through his hair, and touched his back and his arms. The kiss deepened and they seemed to forget where they were until the elevator moved. The door opened to a crowd of people, and Dani ran out of the elevator.
Unfortunately, the security camera recorded their sexy moment and someone leaked the video for everyone to share. She lost her job, and everywhere she applied seemed to recognize her and suddenly the jobs she wanted were “filled”. Would she have to move away to find someone who hadn’t seen that video? And how would she respond when Alex wanted to “make things right” which only made it worse?
I decided to read this book to pass time instead I ended getting very angered.
The overall pace of the book had me skimming throughout so much so that I can't tell you the intricate details of this book.
None of the characters were memorable. Alex is easily very forgettable, I literally do not care for that man. I was more interested in Lorenzo than Alex and he was barely in the book. Alex did have good intentions though so he gets a pass. On to Dani, I don't think she had any positive characteristics about her, we barely got to see her as a person because she really loved being enveloped in her victim role. She was a stubborn, insecure coward. Who was just waiting to take her out unsorted emotions on people. She really loved herself some pain and anguish.
Solidly entertaining read by Natalie Anderson, Caught on Camera with the CEO is about Dani Russo and Alex Carlisle. Dani's so grateful to have a temp position at Carlisle Finance Corporation, but after an unexpected crazy hot elevator kiss with the man at the top, she finds herself unemployed and essentially blackballed. Alex didn't even know her name, but he didn't want her to be fired!
Well, long story short, he moves her in, finds her a job, and they spend their time trying to keep their hands off each other, with little success. Ms Anderson does a great job with their scorching attraction and the secondary characters. A delicious read.
Wow, Natalie sure starts this book with a bang! I fell in love with the forbidden moment in time for Alex and Dani while stuck in the elevator! How it goes downhill from there is painful for Dani while Alex tried to deal with the fallout. When Alex gives Dani a one up from the disaster she found herself in, things seem to get a whole lot more personal and steamy. Then there is Alex’s parentage that adds to the plot twist. How will it all end? You have to read to find out and don’t expect to put the book down until you turn the last page!
This was Alex and Dani’s book. Kissing her boss when she was trapped with him in the elevator was bad enough, but the security camera caught the spicy moment and the leaked video went viral! Dani Russo is mortified and desperate. She needs to fulfill a promise to her late mother, but now she’s lost her job and home. Billionaire finance CEO Alex Carlisle has personal demons, but he’s broken his cardinal rule—never seduce an employee—he has to make this right. An intriguing read. And am voluntarily leaving my review.
You may be thinking "another boss romance, that's been done many times in HP". Well this one was different for it had the realistic aspect that coworkers will find out your misdeads and that there is consequences. I enjoyed the characters and the plot. I did have one gripe and that was the math, with her finances not really adding up esp as this was a well paying job and she had minimal costs living in a hostel. Overall, a pretty good story.
This us my 1st New Zealand read & also MT 1st take from Mizz Natalie, too. I can only give a score of 5 fingers & 8 toes caused I wanted it to be soooo mush longer. But I'm truly hooked to het Billionaire Bosses, Forbidden Flings series.
There were SO many moving parts to the plot that all tied together beautifully by the end of the book. Our heroine is a bit of a mess and I love her for it.

"Tempting her Forbidden Boss" was a cute and sweet story, however i just couldn't connect with the characters and the story. The writing was OK, but still i couldn't feel it. There is steam, romance and underlying secondary events. I will try one more book from the author, maybe was the story that didn't touch me.

Alex and Dani find themselves in a compromising situation when she panics inside of an elevator. It is one of her biggest scares that has come true, and she panics when the elevator stops midflight. Alex kisses her to get her mind off the situation, but it is caught on security camera and goes viral. Will these two be able to live down the video and will it lead them to something more meaningful. This story had me connecting with Alex and Dani.

Caught on Camera with the CEO is one truly amazing, steamy read! One which will get you HOT in the night! ;)
It's not hard to fall in love with the characters Dani and Alex as the author literally makes you pull the pages for more and more! Well... that's what happened to me... I've been a massive fan of Natalie Andersons novels so this is another fabulous novel for me!
Alex Carlisle has been eye balling new temp Dani from a distance for quite awhile although when they share a lift together one of Dani's worst fears! The only way Alex can clearly calm her from hyperventalating in the lift is to... kiss her! Alex Carlisle is only being a gentleman... If you mean gentleman by tracing his fingertips along her jaw.... then he's a gentleman okay?
As if that won't make Dani hyperventaile more although when the lift ends Dani knows she's got it bad! She just doesn't realise Alex is in exactly the same way! When the video of them gets leaked out to the whole company it's only right she be sacked.... then move in with him... isn't it?
Natalie Anderson's writing is addictive! She's amazing! I love her books as they are all different, each and every one of them! :)
This had an unusual beginning with the CEO and the temp being stuck in an elevator. Because Dani was feeling claustrophobic, Alex impulsively decided yto distract her by kissing her. What they both didn't expect was the burst of lust that both of them felt. All these was caught on video and posted on youtube- and setting up an unusual living and work arrangement for the two of them. I like Dani- she was very prickly and sarcastic but also very sexy. Alex was a wonderful hero- comfortable in his own skin. All in all a nice read.
I've always enjoyed Ms Anderson's writing -- enjoyable characters, steamy scenes. This was no exception. Dani and Alex were hot together, and I enjoyed the little side-plots and "dramas" that they were each involved in. Neither character enraged me, and I could totally feel where they were coming from. And they were just good together.
Libro stupendo ... storia bellissima ... scrittura e stile scorrevolissimi ... e protagonisti perfetti ! Lei ferita e complicata , lui semplice e buono , pronto ad aiutarla a superare tutte le sue paure ... E , cosa che mi è davvero piaciuta tanto , si tratta di una storia intrecciata a un'altra ... 5 Stelline meritatissime ! ;)
