-very interactive and engaging way to teach the differnt ways an organism moves (locomotion)
such as run, hop, kick
-can esily be made into a game, there is a picture and it asks whose legs those are, then it gives the answer and describes how they use their legs to move

This science book is a good book to use for kindergarteners to make predictions. A fun activity to do would be to have cutouts while reading the books of the legs and have little puppets that fold in half so that I will have the bootom half to show the kids then the top half when they find out what that animal is.
