Bad art, terrible writing.

1920s and the world is falling apart. Zombies are everywhere and two women have to run for their lives after one of them kills the other's husband.

The only difference between zombies and those who are not infected is that the zombies don't talk. Everyone is bloody, filthy and pretty much disgusting.
I didn't like either of the characters. The blurb mentions unorthodox skills. The only skill they have is their unbelievable luck.

This one just felt like there wasn't any real story at all. It was just a few folks going from one side of town to another during an outbreak that had no explanation or meaning, and when they got there it was over. And the art was...gritty and kind of cool for certain scenes -- like gore and morbid ones -- but didn't work for the majority of the book. It was just too unpleasant to look at. There were a few cool parts and lines and I liked some of the art so I gave it two twinkling ones, but that's just me being generous. A good story should have more purpose. This had none other than an excuse to create some morbid art (which there wasn't much of).

This is barely a story. The main characters just roam aimlessly around the streets running into zombies. The setting could be interesting, but ultimately it could be set in the present with no real differences. And some of the dialogue is painfully awkward. The ugly art style occasionally does look really good, but it looks distractingly bad just as often. There are much better zombie comics out there.

rather slow. couldn't connect to the characters very well. sometimes it was hard to tell who was a zombie vs alive.
