Was surprised how much I enjoyed reading this one. Would’ve loved to see more case studies, charts, and graphs to break up the blocks of text on every page, though.

The field of school psychology is full of complexity, especially when it comes to the development and application of educational law. Thankfully, the authors of this book have created this well-organized guide, which provides context, analysis, and advice that is as clear and concise as possible. As these laws continue to evolve over time, so will this book, which is currently in its eighth edition. Educational laws are typically well-intentioned, but often flawed in their structure, since they’re not written by subject matter experts. However, changes can be made, usually (and fortunately) for the better.

Very comprehensive textbook with great chapter review and vignette questions. Excellent for School Psych curriculum.
