Not so much a book as it is a short collection of "cat confessions" paired with stock photos of cats. Occasionally amusing, but inconsequential. There's far better to be found, especially on the internet, which without cats would cease to function as we know it.
I asked my furballs if they had any confessions they would like to share. They both adamantly denied having ever done anything wrong.
I bought this book instead of a card for a fellow cat-lover. Before I gave it to her, though, I read it. Funny stuff. And, boy, was it on target. Having had cats down through the years (none now, unfortunately) I really related. Was my friend pleased, though? Kind of….seems she had already bought the book for herself. So I kept it and bought her a drink instead.
This is a cute little book that would make a great gift for cat lovers. It has beautiful cat pictures where each cat is confessing some sin that he/she has done. It is a very funny and cute read.

My Review: Being a cat lover and loving the dog shaming pictures I see everywhere I thought this might be a very funny book. There are a few 'confessions' that were hysterical however for the most part the book fell a little flat for me. The pictures didn't really fit with a lot of the confessions and seemed to be more of just pretty and cute pictures of cats instead of them confessing to a kitty crime or caught in the act.
Cat Confessions is a cute photo/gift book. The pictures are sharp & professional and match well with the “confessions”. My only minor quibble (which doesn’t affect my review) is that a calico or two was given a male name. (1 in 3000 calicos are male, so extremely rare) I enjoyed this book a lot, and think it makes an excellent gift for cat lovers.
I've been trying to get myself back into reading since I've been in a reading slump since November last year. So, I started reading small books I have on my shelf. This was a cute little book to read.
It isn't a book with a plot or anything just a picture with text, kind of book. I enjoyed it. Being the cat lady I am this was funny and I laughed a bit with this book.
Very Cute! The pictures are adorable and the confessions are funny! I won this book on a contest and my grandson just loved it. He asked if he could keep the book and of course grandma said yes. The cats in the book is from all states and different countries. Really a neat little book and could be use to start a conversation with someone if wanted.
If you just want a laugh, this book will do that. Cat owners-- aka live-in maids--will recognize many of the scenarios here thanks to their own little darlings. And non-owners will laugh too, while using the book to explain why they aren't sharing living space with their own little darling.
What a cute collection of confessions. Nice lite comedy. I wonder what confessions my two Knut-cases would contribute... Oh - yeah, Loki would have to confess to eating my earbuds for fun - EVERY TIME I FORGET TO HIDE THEM.
I definitely enjoyed this as I am the original old cat lady. In fact I think I recognized a few of the culprits in the book BUT they were using aliases.
If Cats Could confess they would confess these confessions and many more the Pope himself would be hard put to keep up with all the cats confessions!A must have for all you crazy cat ladies and crazy cat man out there!
This was a fun little gift from a co-worker as a belated Christmas gift (along with a really cute cat ice cube tray!), and that's exactly what this is, a cute, little gift.
It's short, mostly pictures (cute kitty pictures), and fun.
It's not an interesting read, it's not thought provoking, it's not a lengthy dissection of cat anatomy or their cuteness or anything of that nature.
What did I just read? Although "read" seems a bit generous to apply to this "book." It's nothing more than a bunch of cat memes that you can find much better examples of on the internet. Want to be entertained by cute cat photos and quippy text executed leagues better than this? Head over to the Cutetroplis website instead.
Ever need a good laugh in this cold dark world? Do you love cats like a crazy cat lady should? Well then, this book is for you and only takes a few minutes to read too.
