Easy and quick 5 steps, yet deeply detailed and straight to the point. I enjoyed this.

Ziglar provides selling tips using humorous anecdotes from his own experience. As with his other audiobooks I do wish his examples were more concrete, but it was still interesting and inspiring to read.

Old style reel-them-in car salesmanship.

BTW, got to love his sense of humor :-)
