Cyl Waterford hates Tampa. That she’s inherited a lighthouse there does little to change her mind. Of course, she’s going to sell as soon as she can and return to Colorado. If there are rumors the lighthouse is haunted, that’s something future buyers will need to investigate. Cyl doesn’t believe in ghosts anyway.
When her deceased aunt’s friends Luna, and Martinique convince Cyl to have a séance in the lighthouse, everything she thought she knew about the supernatural is shattered. A mystery she can’t ignore sets them all on a quest to find sunken treasure and a missing dead woman.
Cyl’s in for more than an adventure as their quest reveals surprising attractions that have Cyl torn between returning home and following her heart.
MJ Williamz was raised on California’s Central Coast which she still loves, but left at the age of seventeen in an attempt to further her education. She graduated from Chico State with a degree in Business Management. It was in Chico that MJ began to pursue her love of writing. Since 2002, she’s had over a dozen short stories accepted for publication, mostly erotica with a few romances thrown in for good measure. MJ lives with her wife, Laydin, and their son in Houston.
I choose this book based on the location of Tampa Florida which is a second home for me and I enjoyed reading about the area in this book. The ghost story was cute and had a HEA ending. But the majority of the book was about the three MCs having constant sex with each other in their throuple romance. Lots of hot sex scenes and very little emotion. I would have like more on their family backgrounds, their jobs and their thoughts and emotions.

Cyl is shock to inherited a lighthouse from an aunt she didn’t know because of a fall out with their family but her Aunt watch her from a far and been proud of her. Cyl doesn’t do heat well and wants sell the lighthouse and get back to her life but when she learns it’s haunted she doesn’t believe it. Cyl decides to humor her Aunt friends and do a seance and it’s turns out there is a spirit there now they on a quest to help and along the way Cyl may found her home. It’s was ok read but it’s has too much sex which took me out of the story because it’s was more about that then the actual story to me. I’m going to give it four stars because I don’t like odd numbers and I like the author writing style it’s just this book I won’t read more then once but will recommend.
From the blurb about this book I thought I would like it but I find there is too much sex (I know, can you ever get too much?) and not enough romance or mystery in it for me. The writing is fine, just the story is not my ideal. Any one into plenty of really hot spicy sex will probably get on fine with it. I've given 3 stars as I think the writing is fine.
1star At about the 50% spot I realized this was a thin ghost story entwined with erotic sex scenes. The 3some closed the book for me. Not a story for me.
Over all this was a fun easy read. If you are looking for a spicy romance/ paranormal book to read on a summer get away, this might be the book for you. Cyl Waterford inherits a cottage and lighthouse from an Aunt she never knew located in Tampa Florida. She plans to sell them both until she meets Luna, Martinique and a ghost who lives in the lighthouse. This is a well written book that got me hooked. I found myself not wanting to put it down. There was just enough of a mystery to keep me guessing where the story would go. Is this a fun, low angst page turner? For me, yes. Are there excessive spicy times? Yes and No. If you are reading for the spicy scenes you will really enjoy this book. For me it just started to feel like a place filler, not sure what to do next ... .add a sex scene. I did find myself speed reading or skipping over some of those because I just wanted to get on with the story.

Ok book, quite a bit of sex going on and the threesomes were a bit to much for me. I like my romances to be one person at a time. And, this was not that. I literally skipped some of the scenes, because they were to much. The ghost story was fascinating to me, but again it got bogged down by all the sex going on. I really wanted to like this book, but it's not for me. Hopefully the next book will be more character driven and less sex driven. I would recommend this to people who like books like this.
I do like MJ Williamz and I think the core story here is interesting but for me it gets bogged down in side issues (sex mainly). The main character Cyl isn’t likeable and I found her a bit irritating. The supernatural story was intriguing and well developed and I would’ve liked more about the gang trying to outwit our ‘heroes’.
An okay read and I’ll look out for others by the author.
I struggled with this one. The premise of the story was interesting, but it felt short in my opinion. This was just a story about a light house and sex. Regardless, i would recommend as it might appeal to someone else.

I have to say I think there was too much sex. I mean can you really have that much sex. I must be a prude. Lol. I really liked the entire read and exploring a thruple.
