Various theories:-
Personality is formed from:
Nature (heredity) and Messages that we get from others that imprint labeling
Tests are valuable to a degree
Personality change can be triggered by factors such as physiology, injury etc

Personality affects views of others, expectations, and treatment, blaming, Changing personality not very easy.
