Luin suomenkielisen version Kauneimmat klassikot - sisusta kotisi ajattomasti. Ei ollu mun makuun tämä. Joko käännös oli huono tai alkuperäinen teksti oli aika heikkoa, veikkaan jälkimmäistä 😄 kirja oli myös teknisesti huonosti tehty, kuvia kuvien päällä, lause loppuu kesken ja jatkuu vasta kahden aukeaman päässä, kuvatekstit ja kuvat oli irrallaan. Sisältökin tuntui olevan lähinnä kuuluisien muotoilijoiden namedroppailua. Tässä oli myös paljon sitä et kuvaillaan tekstissä jotain mistä ei oo kuvaa. Tästä ei jäänyt mitään käteen, toki en suuri retrofani ookaan.

Bit of a strange layout, without clear transitions between sections. But photos were great, interesting info included. Made me feel more excited about retro home and furniture.

So freaking cool. Some great photo shoots. Very inspiring. Nice size book for a visual book. some of my favorite Mid-century furniture; Eames Lounge & Ottman, Bertoia diamond chair, Eero Saarinen Tulip Table and Chairs, Poul Henningson lamps, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and more. All set in beautiful interior designs themed on mid-century industrial design of the 50s, 60s and the 70s.
