This is one of the first cartoon I've watched growing up but I never knew the entire story. and I must instead of 'Alice in wonderland' the name should be 'Alice in weirdland'. That's all. I rest my case.

"Alice thought she had never seen such a curious croquet ground in her life. The croquet balls were live hedgehogs, and the mallets live flamingoes."
Endnu engang faldt jeg igennem kaninhullet og fandt mig selv i en besynderlig og farverig verden sammen med søde Alice.
Eventyret om Alice er et jeg virkelig ikke kan få nok af og derfor skulle det denne gang opleves i tegneserieformat!
Graphic novellen er smækfyldt med fine illustrationer der, på trods af at de ikke er som de originale, virkelig skabte den eventyrlige og magiske følelse, historien om Alice normalt giver mig.
Det var en absolut skøn måde at læse og opleve denne mærkværdige historie på og selvom at tegneserien ikke var lige så dybdegående som den originale, blev historien virkelig fint dækket!
Generelt sad jeg med den samme følelse af glæde og fjollethed, som jeg har, når jeg læser den fulde udgave: jeg smilede, jeg rystede på hovedet og jeg nød uden tvivl gensynet med Alice og hendes eventyrlige venner!

This was hard to follow, it was really short and wasn't like the original Alice In Wonderland at all.

Traducerea și redactarea au lăsat de dorit pe ici, pe colo.
De când mă știu, n-am rezonat de nicio culoare cu textele absurde. Da, mai închid ochii la câte o eroare de logică, dar, pe total, lucrurile trebuie să aibă sens pentru a nu le considera o pierdere de vreme. Excepțiile sunt extrem de rare, iar poveștile lui Alice s-au numărat printre ele.
Scenariul realizat de Helfand mi s-a părut că încearcă să respecte cât mai mult posibil cartea lui Carroll. Problema este că acolo e atât de mult material, încât încercarea de a-l strecura în câteva zeci de pagini de roman grafic a dat senzația de prea multe informații pe centimetru pătrat, de acțiune non-stop, fără momente de respiro - o fugă comtinuă de la un capăt la celălalt. În cazul unui cititor ca mine, care ține minte aproape toată povestea după patru decenii de când a citit-o, n-a fost o problemă, pentru că știam ce cu ce și de ce se leagă (dar mi-a dat senzația de „fușerit”, din cauza acelei abundențe). Mă tem însă că, pentru cineva care o mai știe doar în mare, ori pentru cineva care n-a citit povestea, lucrurile pot deveni confuze. Cred că ar fi fost mai indicat ori ca romanul grafic să fie semnificativ mai lung, ori ca scenaristul să elimine unele episoade mai puțin relevante, ceea ce ar fi permis dezvoltarea altora.
Cu desenele lui Nagulakonda n-am rezonat, dar acolo lucrurile sunt nuanțate. Nu sunt genul de ilustrații pe care să le apreciez, dar, pe de altă parte, recunosc că se potrivesc absurdului poveștii. Iar decupajul casetelor a accentuat senzația de realitate deformată, similară unui delir. Totuși, faptul că am înțeles demersul nu m-a făcut să-mi placă mai mult romanul grafic, pentru că i-a lipsit acel „ceva” care să mă impresioneze.
Conform gusturilor mele, un roman grafic ok și cam atât.

Dnes už dobře známý klasický příběh Alenky, která se bezhlavě pustí za bílým králíkem ve vestě s kapesními hodinkami, který nestíhá. Ocitne se v Říši divů, kde potká Kloboučníka, Kočku Šklíbu, králíka Březňáka a Srdcovou královnu. Čeká ji spousta dobrodružství.

Carroll would without-a-doubt demand that his stories be read in a graphic format since he illustrated his work that he presented to Alice with lively drawings.

Eigentlich soll ja Alice im Wunderland ein richtig toller Klassiker sein, aber diese Graphic Novel dazu hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Ich kenne auch die Originalgeschichte nicht und kann es daher nicht vergleichen, aber die Story war extrem wirr, unsinnig und dumm. Sorry wenn ich das so sagen muss, aber es ergab für mich wirklich keinen Sinn. Es war wie ein LSD-Trip. (nicht das ich wüsste wie sich sowas wirklich anfühlt) Das einzige was mir gut gefallen hat ist der Zeichenstil. Der lag so richtig auf meiner Wellenlänge. Auch die tollen Farben und Kontraste waren richtig schön. Trotzdem musste ich mich wegen des Inhalts durch die Graphic Novel quälen.

There are many books published with this title (or Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass or just Through the Looking Glass.) The books vary almost entirely by who did the artwork.
Alice in Wonderland is one of my favorites and that is why I have been getting so many versions of this book.

It was alright, not a huge fan of graphic novels but I thought I would give it a try. This doesn't give anything different than the original novel and it may just be a personal preference but I would rather read the book.

Excellent way to introduce the basic story from Alice in Wonderland. I read a Permabound edition, though, and the binding cut off some of the words in the captions. Ugh!
