This book held me at the extremes of my emotions, I literally laughed out loud at some points to sobbing for Sorrel, Jamine, Senna, Oris and Basil when I heard about Yolanda. The fitting tribute names Electra's new sister was given leads me to believe there is a kind, generous and sensitive soul in Electra. This is a bittersweet book of hope for all the hilarious tales that will happen to Electra, Lucy and Sorrel and now Electra's sister Saffron yet there is a twinge of sadness knowing there will never be another Electra book.

This book held me at both extremes, I went from literally laughing out loud to sobbing for Sorrel, Jasmine, Senna, Oris and Basil when I heard about Yolanda, the touching fitting names of Electra's new sister and the way Frazier went to Electra held me captivated, inside of Electra somewhere is the sweetest most generous girl. It's a bittersweet book with so many things to look forward to in another one yet sorrow is there too knowing there won't be another book.

I always found it a little awkward the relationship between Electra and "FB" but its better than her being with that hunk. Anywho, this series is great for tweens; it's relatable and a page-turner
