This is the sweetest book! A small town romance that just makes you happy to be alive when you read it. I love Harper, Drew, and all the supporting characters! And did I mention cats were present? I have found a new favorite author!

Such a lovely, happy, easy read. It did become a little too cheesy for me at the end and made me cringe, but that’s what a chick lit is all about!

3.8 stars (Kindle). So the "Stuff your Kindle" event wasn't a total bust! Well written story + characters. Had me chuckling or LOL often. I plan on reading other books by this author. A "cosy" read...just what I need right now.

Eden Bloom has once again written a delightful rom-com that will keep you flipping the pages. As if working 3 jobs to make ends meet isn’t enough, Harper finds herself taking on yet more responsibilities. How on earth is she going to be sure that the local auction is a success? A big promotion that would give her the opportunity to work only one job is at stake – and Drew’s help with the event could play a big role in making that happen.
Drew’s work as a model takes him around the world. However, he jumps in with both feet when he is asked to help with the auction. One of his required tasks is to find a personal way to become involved in the community, so Harper steps in and asks him to help in the cat room of the animal shelter where she works. There’s only one problem with that, and it is a big one. Drew is terrified of cats.
Told from alternating points of view, this story lets us get inside both Harper and Drew to know who they are and what they are thinking. We see them come together to work for a common goal. The author has written a fun, well-written story that immerses the reader into life in Misty Falls.

“Must Love Cats” is an adorably sweet story set in Misty Falls. Harper has lived there her entire life and has always admired Drew from afar. He’s so handsome - and works as a model no less! Harper sees herself as a lifelong klutz who has to work three part-time jobs just to barely make ends meet - one at the smoothie shop, one at the local animal shelter, and one at the local newspaper.. When the town’s annual auction seems headed for financial failure, Harper agrees to help out to try to improve the outcome. She didn’t realize that it would turn into a contest with someone playing dirty to bring her down.
The whole story moves so smoothly and the characters are well-written. There’s enough drama to keep things interesting but not so much that your teeth are set on edge waiting to find out what will happen. After reading this book, I want to move to Misty Falls!

Drew is a male model who lives in a very spacious apartment. He still owns his parents' home, because he can't bring himself to do anything with it, since they passed away.
Harper and Drew have known each other for many years, growing up together. They are total opposites. is there any way these opposites can be attracted to each other? The answer is in the story. Very enjoyable read.

Awwwww the story of Harper and Drew is just the cutest 😍 Harper works three jobs to make a living for herself and her 7 cats and when she comes up with an idea to save the islands yearly auction, her boss at the Breeze offers her a job as a writer if she wins the contest. She gets Drew to sign up as the most eligible bachelor and they get to know each other when he volunteered at the pet shelter. Drew is scared of cats and he's not interested in a relationship but some things are about to change...

I just love visiting Misty falls and it’s residents and this latest rom com is every bit as fun and delightful as the previous reads. Harper is holding down 3 jobs and is still struggling to make things meet whilst holding onto a secret crush on Drew. Drew is a model who has tragic childhood memories and doesn’t like to make serious connections. Throw in a charity auction, some cats, some fun and romance and you have yourself an entertaining and exciting read. It’s a wonderful story that had me laughing in places and swooning in others and it was great to see some old friends.

A sweet and funny story with a villain of heinous tricks. I love a story which makes me want to relate scenes as if they were real. The actions of the villain had me frothing at the mouth.
Wonderful characters, a terrific story, and cats! Loved it.

Great, fluffy, HEA
Such a quick read! Super cute, HEA, small town romance! After reading a dark, depressing book, I was definitely in a reading funk. I got this book on stuff your kindle day and it was such a perfect palette cleanser! Nothing terrible happens but there is still conflict. Its very predictable but still enjoyable! I read it in one day and it is exactly what I needed to get over my reading slump!

Drew and Harper
It puzzles me that there are those in the world who don't realize they've always cared about (dare I say 'always loved'?) someone they've been around for many years. But clearly, that doesn't just happen in books. Harper certainly liked Drew for a really long time. It just took time for Drew to realize he's always cared about her. The journey to get together is a fun ride. :)

Cute. Yes! All the cats! Poor MMC is afraid of cats. FMC has a mama and six kittens. And she works in the cat room at the animal rescue. 😺
But, the work competition totally annoyed me. Anything relating to that job in the book bothered me. It's like she didn't really want it, but has said it was her dream for so long that she had to have it. The other job offer never got mentioned again.

This is a really sweet rom-com. Harper and Drew have very little in common, or so it seems at the beginning. If they work together can Harper get her dream job and can Drew overcome his fears? Misty Falls is a magical place where dreams can come true and true love seems to flourish. This story is entertaining and heartfelt and keeps you turning the pages to the very end.

Harper and Drew are absolutely adorable together! I enjoyed having characters from the previous two books make appearances in this book. Drew has quite a reputation to overcome, and Harper needs to learn to relax! Together they are perfect for each other and encourage each other. Loved this book!!! Highly recommend.

Cute story, but you really have to suspend your disbelief (that editor must be the worst newspaper editor ever, basing a promotion on a competition, where the photographer can suddenly become a lead reporter) - I love all the parts with the cats! But I wish it had been more about the cats, so that the title fit a little better with the contents. I totally want a cat now though!

Nice read
This was a very relaxing read. The author described all the characters well enough that you could actually feel yourself as a by stander in this story. The story has it all. Family , love, a little mystery, and of course changing of what a person thinks they want til they meet someone special and every thought changes. Good read for a rainy afternoon.

This is a cute rom com. I really liked Drew and Harper. Harper tries so hard but things don’t always line up for her. She’s super sweet. Drew is a model and a really nice guy. The book is funny and overall just a feel good book.

This was a fun story about a young woman trying to prove herself in the world. Then there's a handsome male model to spice things up a bit. Add in the fun of small town, an auction and a devious, jealous co worker set on revenge. Oh yeah, the cats and kittens.....fancy being terrified!!

I really enjoyed having the story written from both of the protagonist’s point of view. There was no swearing or sex. Just a sweet story. Although I would like to have known what Ron’s exact motivation was.

DNF. I tried. I made it 36% before abandoning. The plot was all over the place and the characters were meh. It was like a kid wrote a book about what they envisioned being a working adult would be like.

Sweet story! Took me a few chapters to get into because I didn't really like Harper in the beginning, don't know why! Anyway, after that, she grew on me and the rest of the story was sweet. I enjoyed for a quick, light read.

What a cute story! I feel like some of the writing could be off at times and not give you all the information you needed, but I still liked it. Harper and Drew were sweet together and as a cat lover I adored the cats! 😍
