This book is a celebration of the best in Indian cooking. It is the author's intention to introduce the foods of India through the culinary genius of some of the finest Chefs in the country. It is no secret that Indian Cuisine is "in" and the time ripe to introduce the "GrandOl'Men" and the "Whiz Kids" of the Indian the present day Chefs, who are inventive and daring-ready to try out anything new and different. The result is a wonderful collection of recipes-old and new-from their respective repertories.
A cookery book printed by an Indian publishing company in English by an Indian author/journalist and travel writer. I'm not sure where the ' Indian Masters ' of the sub title come in but the recipes as far as I can tell are classic Indian dishes cooked as they should be. No substitutes to cater for those outside India. I bought this from a charity shop and I assume it was bought by a tourist to India who realised it was too authentic to attempt the dishes.
