A cookery book printed by an Indian publishing company in English by an Indian author/journalist and travel writer.
I'm not sure where the ' Indian Masters ' of the sub title come in but the recipes as far as I can tell are classic Indian dishes cooked as they should be. No substitutes to cater for those outside India.
I bought this from a charity shop and I assume it was bought by a tourist to India who realised it was too authentic to attempt the dishes.
