If I needed another craft to start, it would be this. There is a woman who comes into the library and gives out rocks that she has painted. We all have a number of them, and it is so much fun to see all the ones she has. And this book is great for kids to get started with this craft.

Now you can turn an ordinary rock into a masterpiece. This book is very colorful and full of great ideas. Also a lot of great quotes by artists; "Every child is an artist-the problem is how to remain an artist once you grow up." Pablo Picasso.

This is a great book for kids or adults who want to create with the medium nature provides, in this case rocks. A lot of helpful hints and rock collecting ideas.
