It’s a shame that Churchill’s brilliant history of the Great War almost completely overshadowed Lloyd George’s important of the global conflict. After all, Lloyd George served under Asquith too and actually led Britain to victory. And although he wasn’t Churchill, Lloyd George was a charismatic, fascinating man in his own right.
