I got this book free with an Andrew James icecream maker. Having loved and used Annette Yates' Slow Cooker for some years, I was most pleased with this freebie. Concentrating on simple, home-cooked fare which you can adapt to suit your taste, you will find everything you need in this book to create icecreams, sorbets, granitas, iced-drinks and other cold deserts including dairy-free options.

I think I will refer to this book for some time to come, and am looking forward to trying out as many of the recipes as possible...
